THAT'S RIGHT, THE ONLY OTHER PLAYER WITH 4 RINGS, DEREK FISHER!!!
WHERE WAS RAY ALLEN? BUSY MISSING 13 ATTEMPTS, ALMOST ECLIPSING THE WORST SHOOTING RECORD - AFTER THE GREAT PERFORMANCE HE HAD?!?! EXCELLENCE IS A CONSTANT, SO THAT MEANS HE JUST GOT LUCKY IN GAME 2 - HE IS A FRAUD INDEED.
WHERE WAS PAUL PIERCE? WAITING FOR HIS NEXT WHEELCHAIR

FROM A STUPID CELTS FAN WITH HOMOSEXUAL INCLINATIONS:
"During last night’s third game of the 2010 NBA Finals, that’s all it took to demonstrate to every aspiring hoopster at any level exactly how not to get after it in a key spot.
The situation: Lakers lead the Celtics, 84-80, with just inside a minute remaining in regulation. Boston ball.
The Celtics get Ray Allen a look for three from the left corner, which Allen misses. Rebound comes off long to Derek Fisher offset right, just outside the paint.
Fifty-three seconds. This is not good for the guys in green and white. Trailing by two possessions in the final minute is never ideal. But with this much time remaining, the game is far from over. Get a stop and a quick basket, start fouling to extend the game, and the Celts will have a chance. Stranger things have happened.
One one-thousand. Two one-thousand. Three one-thousand. Four one-thousand. Five one-thousand.
In the time it takes you to read that last line, Fisher, the oldest man on the court, jogs the ball out past halfcourt, realizes only Kevin Garnett is even close to getting back defensively and that no one is under the rim, accelerates into a full sprint, beats everyone to the basket, lays the ball in with his left hand, absorbs purposeless contact from at least one (Glen Davis) of three late-arriving Celtics and draws a foul.
Shortly thereafter, the 81.6 percent career foul shooter steps to the line and completes the old-fashioned three-point play. Lakers 87, Celtics 80.
Forty-eight seconds. Forget not good. This game is a heckuva lot closer to over.
It’s not that the Lakers scored a back-breaking basket at the worst possible time for the Celtics that kills me. Or even that they wound up with an and-one, which absolutely cannot happen in that spot (okay, kind of). It’s how the Celtics facilitated it. This is the NBA Finals. There aren’t games on the schedule that are more important than these. There is zero value to conserving energy at this point. There is clearly enough time left to offer a chance to win. Sure, playing out the last 53 seconds likely offers a small chance to win at best. But here’s the thing: Taking plays off at that point in the game offers zero chance to win.
There is no excuse for not getting back down the floor on and playing balls-to-the-wall defense for that possession. If the Lakers score, fine. A bunch of their players are really terrific offensive players. But make them earn the basket and the win there. Don’t give it to them.
This isn’t a slam of the Celtics’ overall performance last night

But for five crucial seconds, they also showed players at all levels exactly not to handle a key end-of-game situation. On Twitter, fellow green supporter Sam Lawrence beat me to the punch in explaining the change in emotional reaction to this loss brought on by that play: "That play made me sick. I was ready to just feel disappointed, but after that possession, I was mad. I still am."
WATCH THIS PLAY AGAIN - CELTS DOWN BY 2, ABOUT TO TIE THE GAME WHICH WOULDVE SENT THE SAVAGES LIVING IN THAT FUCKIN 3RD WORLD CITY HELLHOLE INTO A PANDEMONIUM, PIERCE WIIIIDE OPEN AND WHAT DOES RONDO DO? PUT HIS HAND UP IN THE AIR, MAKE A STUPID DRIVE TO THE LANE AND MISS
