Re: UFL Football
The UFL's website was so fucking lame! You couldn't even get scores right away, had to wait a whole day, etc. It was like a fan site.

Babysteps, man. Babysteps.
I'm a big fan of Major League Soccer and if they follow their model from creation to established league they'll do just fine.

2010 seaon kicked off today in Hartford and Las Vegas. I think the play is very good. Can the league actually make it long enough to grow? Still think this time of the year is a killer for the league. The XFL had good attendance due to to the WWE fans, the UFL needs something to set them apart. Not a full on assault of NFL players, but let each team have that 1 player they pay the franchise to...all you need is that one HUGE player to say "no thanks NFL, I am playing for the UFL" does the UFL or the player have the balls to do it?
Re: UFL Football
Did anybody watch the championship? Not only broadcast live on versus but streamed live on YouTube which I did check out. It was cool, you could switch from 4 different camera views.

agree they get lost with all the other football in the fall. but they honestly think this is a main reason why they will succeed. I think it will be the reason they fail. They are apparently moving the season up to early August next year.

I can't believe this league is still kicking. Most crowds look like they are down to 500 our Les fans. Also they haven't paid players for first week (paid half I guess), some players have left. Games still on Wednesday and Friday nights, now broadcast on CBS Sports Network. It can't last much longer...can it?
