I was more of a Matt Hardy fan, especially during his heel V1.0 days. He was interesting as a singles competitor and had a great run with the Cruiserweight belt. I always thought he was the better wrestler between the brothers (until recent years) and should have gotten more of a push years ago. In the few years I didn't watch, it looks like he had a run with the US and ECW belts, but I still think he should have had a higher scale feud with Edge or Jeff for the WWE/World title. He kind of fell flat for the past few years and I'm sure it all took a toll on him to just sit there.

That said, I'd love to see what he could do in TNA, and now's a great time as any to bring him in and feud with Jeff. I'd like to see Jeff get a good run going with the belt and build up a huge lead in to a match with his brother.

This week's edition of Imapct did a 1.41 rating and averaged 1.90 million viewers. It was the program’s most watched episode since January 21st, which garnered 1.93 million viewers.

The bad news is that the show peaked in the first quarter hour with a 1.53 and the numbers dropped throughout the show. The final quarter hour was down to a 1.23 leading into Reaction.

That's because of a total of two or three matches the entire night, one match built into the rest of the bullshit from BFG. I've been behind TNA a lot recently, but last Thursday's show was dragged out to no end.

I'd hope that Hurricane would return sometime. I'm surprised WWE doesn't own that gimmick.

WWE officials discussed Matt Hardy’s departure weeks before even granting him the release on October 14th. Some in the company wanted Hardy gone as soon as he asked for it but certain things slowed down that process. One of the main things was the feeling that releasing Matt would keep Jeff Hardy in TNA longer than his current deal calls for.

There was also a feeling that with Linda McMahon’s Senate campaign going on, they didn’t need a talent out there doing anything he could to get released. There was a bit of heat on Hardy for posting a video online of an unmasked Rey Mysterio in the background eating lunch.

People close to Hardy say that is is definitely headed to TNA and those in the company expect him to come in as well. There is already some negative attention on Hardy within the TNA locker room regarding all his odd videos that have been posted online.

There has already been talk within TNA of doing a Hardy Boys vs. Beer Money feud that would elevate Robert Roode and James Storm. Apparently Matt and Jeff are very aware of this possible feud also.

Mr. Anderson’s merchandise numbers have been a good surprise for TNA as he is just a little bit behind Rob Van Dam in terms of sales. Jeff Hardy’s merchandise is currently the best seller for TNA.
