Not pointless. My 7 year old niece loves going to WNBA games - it's great that girls have stuff like that to watch and players to look up to. And the games are dirt fucking cheap so it's a great way for parents/children and lesbians to kill a few hours.

They have their place.

I can watch my nieces play, but I think they are pointless for adults. The only way the wnba exists, is because the NBA supports it.
