It was a good show, the wrestling was ok, but what happened to the X-Division? I feel like there's very little left of the old school style TNA.Angry Jew wrote:Last night's heavily hyped episode of TNA iMPACT! drew a 1.36 (1.4) cable rating (not including the overrun), the program's highest mark since January 4th, 2010. The first hour drew a 1.32, while the second hour garnered a 1.41. Impact drew 1.8 million viewers over the course of two hours. The show's overrun featuring Sting vs. Jeff Hardy drew a 1.48.
Here are the quarter hour numbers:
Q1 - 1.52 (1.5) rating - In-ring segment featuring Dixie Carter, Hulk Hogan, Immortal and Fortune
Q2 - 1.26 (1.3) rating - Backstage segments featuring Bart Scott, Immortal, The Jarretts, AJ Styles, Kazarian, Matt Hardy, Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff; Beer Money, Inc. vs. Gunner and Murphy
Q3 - 1.32 (1.3) rating - Beer Money, Inc. vs. Gunner and Murphy; backstage segments featuring The Jarretts and Angelina of Jersey Shore; Velvet Sky vs. Sarita, post-match with The Shore and Angelina
Q4 - 1.17 (1.2) rating - In-ring segment featuring The Shore, Angelina, Sarita and The Beautiful People; backstage segments featuring Mr. Anderson, Eric Young, Orlando Jordan, Jeff Jarrett, Ric Flair, Kurt Angle and Hulk Hogan
Q5 - 1.36 (1.4) rating - The Jarretts' wedding; backstage segments with Hulk Hogan, Jeff Hardy, Eric Bischoff and The Jarretts; Scott Steiner vs. Rob Terry
Q6 - 1.43 (1.4) rating - Scott Steiner vs. Rob Terry; backstage segments with Ric Flair, Bart Scott and Kurt Angle; Matt Morgan vs. Hernandez
Q7 - 1.37 (1.4) rating - backstage segment with Hulk Hogan and Mr. Anderson; The Jarretts' wedding
Q8 - 1.42 (1.4) rating - The Jarretts' wedding, limo shot of boots, Jeff Hardy and Sting ring entrances
Overrun - 1.48 (1.5) rating - Sting vs. Jeff Hardy
As seen above, the show never dropped below a 1.2 and maintained their audience throughout the entire show. As noted earlier, TNA and SpikeTV are both very happy with that number considering the show went head-to-head with a UFC event and the season finale of The Jersey Shore, which did a huge number. Those two shows share the same demographic as TNA and are their main competition on Thursday nights.
I was suprised also. But she deserves it.ATASTEOFEVIL wrote:Still can't believe Sunny is gonna be in the HOF !?!?!
Meh. The happy drug addicts are married. SO WHAT!Angry Jew wrote:TNA wrestler Jeff Hardy announced this afternoon on his Twitter account that he and longtime girlfriend Beth Britt were married today.
The two met back in 1999 and have been in a relationship ever since.
In August 2010, Hardy announced that Britt was pregnant with the couple's first child, a daughter, who was born on October 28.
Beth Britt also confirmed the news on her Twitter account, along with a picture of her and Jeff holding hands and showing off their wedding bands.
Congratulations to the new married couple!
NO ONE cares about Sting !!!LAglamrocker wrote:its so great WWE puts in people like Sunny and Koko B Ware!
Wrestlemania soldout 3 weeks in advance, well until 50,000 walk up and get refunds because no Sting

According to MMAWeekly.com, Batista’s MMA debut is currently scheduled to take place in May – and the fight will not take place in the United States.
Several promotions have been trying to sign Batista for his first MMA fight, most notably Scott Coker’s Strikeforce promotion, but sources close to Batista have revealed the UK-based BAMMA promotion is the front runner and could sign Batista soon. BAMMA has an upcoming show (“BAMMA 6″) scheduled for May 21st Wembley Arena.
Batista reportedly has a movie scheduled to begin shooting in September and wants to have his first fight before then.
Where did you read that? I did see that it was a short match...Rev.Sweetchops wrote:Hardy was too high on drugs tonight so they ended the main event early due to it.
Imagine that.
You're shitting me. What are they going to say, it was exhaustion again?Rev.Sweetchops wrote:PWInsider.com is reporting that sources within TNA are claiming the main event of tonight's TNA Victory Road PPV was cut short due to concern over Jeff Hardy's "state of mind" prior to the PPV. It's also being speculated that Sting may not have agreed to work a long match with Hardy given his condition.
Several readers have sent in word that after the PPV went off the air, and the live crowd began to chant "this is bullshit," Sting could be seen at the entrance ramp mouthing "I agree, I agree."
What a fucking joke. 1 kick, 2 headlocks, 2 punches, and a Scorpion Death Drop, with NO defense from Hardy.

They probably have a good deal with Spike that pays for most of the costs. They can't make much on the PPVs and merch.Lardbucket wrote:Does TNA at least break even financially? I can't see how they would, given the shitty PPV buyrates, low TV ratings and wasted money on hasbeens and rejects.
Dixie's daddy's got to be tired of flushing money down the shitter on this horribly run "organization".
What are they going to say, it was exhaustion again?
