I'm not saying anything about Boston, but they don't rival that pussy team you cheer for. They have some guys who will man up and defend themselves at least.
i didn't see one guy go after rome after horton went down.
not one. what did thorton do? he stood beside the bench and called the canucks names.
this is the fucking stanley cup finals. there isn't a single pussy on either team. give your head a shake.
In fairness he was in the box about 4 seconds after the hit.
Vancouver hae been cheap dirty players since game one, trying to bait Chara, taking dives, cheap shots, etc- The Bruins have finally had enough.
Burrows and now Rome and the brothers are marked men. Luongo will wake up with post tramatic stress syndrome in the morning

rumors going around that bieksa is playing with a broken leg after the slash from peaverly in game 2.

but that's fine, right?
You're the only one I hear crying about it, so yeah thats perfectly fine with me.
Nah, Wolf is from canada, maybe it's all that really good weed in Vancouver?
Kid Wicked is the same clown who posted a list of 16 Islanders ragging on me about how we weren't going to re-sign any of them and half of them had already been re-signed.

there's 12 still unsigned including doug weight who's retiring.

I hate the Isles, but if they get a new arena and get Wang to actually care about the product on the ice they will be a sick team in a few years. Matt Moulson can play for my team any day.
I also hope they don't move. NYR/NYI is good for the sport when they are both decent. CGY/EDM for East coast fans, if you will.
Right after the Horton hit the camera panned to Neely in the press box. Lucky for Rome the man has been retired for years.
As well, when asked for comment on the hit,Dale Hunter was quoted as saying "Now THAT was a late hit!".(A little Pierre Turgeron humor to start the day off with)

No, dumbass, Weight already retired and was given an ass. coaching job with the team AND A FRONT OFICE JOB.
Bruins winger Nathan Horton will miss the rest of the Stanley Cup Final with a severe concussion, the team has confirmed.
Horton was injured five minutes into Game 3 last night when he was hit near the blue line by Vancouver defenseman Aaron Rome. Rome, who received a five-minute interference penalty and was thrown out of the game, faces a disciplinary hearing with NHL officials at 11 a.m.

What Rome did was nothing like what assshole Hunter did.

...and why did Lucic punch him?-Because he embellished seconds earlier.Ya talk shit,ya get bit.(hah!) 1st shift of the game,Recchi hits Burrows CLEAN,and the first thing Burrows does is swivel his head back and forth, mouth agape in astonishment, looking for a ref/linesman to cry to.Dude is a Drama Queen. That's a stigma that no amount of success will wash away.

Exaggeration for effect. Obviously a cheap shot during a goal celebration is way more dirty than what took place last night.Didn't mean to rile up the Islander fan in the room.

no, I'm good, but i'm not sure, I've ever seen anything as dirty as what hunter did. That's when hockey players treat each other well, when the series is over, they shake hands and move along, but Hunter couldn't takie getting owned by pierre.
