Google Ford Field parking. Parking is probably going to be high because of the World Series game at 7. Try and get there early. Hope the parking scalpers haven't seen this article.bigbuttskinner wrote:Anyone with Detroit city knowledge, I need some info. A friend and I are travelling to see the game on Sunday versus the Seahawks. We know very little of what's around the stadium; I've only seen one game there 5 years ago. Any suggestions or advice on parking/bar/etc? Also, apparently that night is a world series game so we're getting the hell out of town after the game, so anything pregame would be great. Thanks.

They rush these new QB's way to soon. Brady, Hasselbeck and Warner all had time to sit and learn before taking over. Those are just the ones that came to the top of my mind.

I haven't paid a lot of attention to the Vikings this year except that I know they have a winning record, but after watching that game last night I have to ask, did the Vikings just have a bad night or did the Bucs just show them for the team they really are?NeverSurrender wrote:Stick a fork in the Vikings. Bucs aren't playoff team yet, but next year I see them being one..
Oh and the announcers on the NFL network are still idiots..

I think the Bucs are better than their record and the Vikes are a little worse than theirs. They have a lot off good players, a few really bad ones and some very talented young guys. They are vrey incomplete. The Vikes have played well this season but as Ponder regresses, so do they.

I found myself wondering how the hell that team beat San Francisco. Because Ponder wasn't acting like Chuck Knoblauch yet. I think the team is losing confidence in him and it's affecting their play. The only part of the team that didn't stink last night was the D-Line, Percy and AD. I don't know what it is now, but the Vikes had the 6th ranked defense going into last night, and hadn't had a bye week yet. Meaning they've given up less yard and points than a lot of teams they played one more game then.

Saw the Pats v Rams game at Wembley earlier. It was great to see a NFL game in person for the first time and also to see my team, the Pats, win. Too bad the Rams never showed up. They lost 7-45 to Tom Brady and co. Brady was immense. Delivered 4 touchdowns which was one better than what he managed when the Pats came here 3 years ago. Looking forward to the Steelers v Vikings game here next year.

"Hey Butt-Head. What did people do before TV?" "Don't be stupid, Beavis. There's always been TV. There's just more channels now." "Oh yeah, progress is cool!"

COLTSTRONG
4-3
What a win!!! So far this season is playing out exactly as I predicted and hoped. It's a long season but I like where we're at after 7 games, with lots of winnable games left on the schedule!

Peyton Manning can play football.
Man, I wasn't expecting that. I thought it would be a shootout. The D was fucking ON POINT tonight, and special teams played well also.

Re: NFL 2012 Thread
Should be a good game, I'm not guerenteeing shit, I've already seen what that shit can do. I'm not really sold on Miami but they're better than most expected, They have a pretty nice D, but their offense is mediocre and the jets just arent that good. I think Indy's the better team and when miami gets a lead they tend to get complacent So If i'm betting I'd say Indy probablu wins.poizond13 wrote:So I'm guessing your team is the Dolphins??
