Impact from Manchester yesterday wasn't half bad. The American Wolves are awesome, hands down the best team in the business aside from the Briscoes, and it's also nice to see Joe getting some sort of push again.
And I've never been a big Jeff Hardy fan, but his new gimmick seems like it'll be hilarious.

So the Hall Of Fame thus far: Warrior, Jake & Lita
with rumors of Mr. T, Cyndi Lauper, Paul Bearer and the WrestleMania I Main Event.
What are everyone's thoughts on the idea of inducting an actual WrestleMania match into the Hall Of Fame?

Savage/Steamboat, HBK/Flair, Warrior/Savage, Rock/Hogan, Crush/Doink...okay maybe not that last one.

Until they add Randy Savage, the WWE Hall Of Fame is as much of a joke as the RRHOF. Glad to see Jake being inducted, although I thought he already was.

Re: The New (Spam Free) Never Ending Wrestling Thread
This would have been the perfect time to induct Randy. He deserves the "acclaim" of it being a landmark WreslteMania and it would make perfect sense to have him go in at the same time as Warrior & Jake. Heck, if they do actually induct the WrestleMania I Main Event then you've got Hogan there as well - so really the timing would seem perfect. Who knows what the story is though; whether it's legit bad blood with McMahon or because of Randy's wish that he only go in if all of the Poffos go in together. One way, or another, I'm sure it will happen eventually - but yeah, the sooner the better.That-guy wrote:Until they add Randy Savage, the WWE Hall Of Fame is as much of a joke as the RRHOF. Re: The New (Spam Free) Never Ending Wrestling Thread
Do you really think they're running short on talent? There are a lot of guys who have yet to be inducted that should have been years ago.Artemis2085 wrote:They are running short on talent so this is the next logical step.TheInfiniteStaircase wrote:So the Hall Of Fame thus far: Warrior, Jake & Lita

I know a lot of fans seem against the idea of inducting specific matches, I kind of like it, but I feel like maybe it's too soon for that. Although, again, with it being WrestleMania 30, I can see why they might want to use the main event from the very 1st Mania. Maybe they should save it for landmark years. So, maybe at WrestleMania 35 they can induct the Main Event of WrestleMania II - the only problem is that guys like Hogan will end up being inducted a million times.

The WWE will be out of people to put in the Hall of Fame within 5 years at the pace they are at.

No way. If they inducted Koko B. Ware, I'd say the number of possibilities are endless.ParaDime77 wrote:The WWE will be out of people to put in the Hall of Fame within 5 years at the pace they are at.

Koko B. Ware was actually better than any trash headlining Wrestlemania in many, many years. I'd pay money to see him squash shit like Cena, Miz, Batista, Randy and Sheamus at the same time. While his parrot ends Geriatritaker's boring-ass streak.

I can't believe he was only 43 as he looked like he was in his late 50's to me. You just can't be that fucking big and expect your heart to take that kind of extra work every day.

I worked a few times with him when he was doing indy stints between gimmicks. He always got a locker room to himself, stayed in there until his match and the only people he'd talk to were other black wrestlers until he left the building. He bitched a lot about how it was a white man's business. He was a hell of a worker and considered a night off unless you pissed him off. Then he'd tighten up a bit.

Re: The New (Spam Free) Never Ending Wrestling Thread
I can't help but get excited. I don't think I can ever get tired of the guys I grew up watching and idolizing. I'm a Warrior guy just like you but Hogan being around only enhances my excitement for everything. I feel like it's WrestleMania 4, 5 & 6 Era all over again. I am curious to see how all of this goes down as Hogan & Warrior really do despise each other. I really need to get the WWE Network for the full unedited Warrior HOF Speech alone. You just know that's going to be legendary.Artemis2085 wrote:Am I the only one unhappy about Hulk Hogan returning?

Do you need Apple TV to get the Network? I gotta look into it or start paying attention to the one million and one plugs they make for it on RAW lol

It's a damn shame the free birds aren't going in to the hall this year. They OWNED New Orleans. It would have made perfect sense.
