I appreciate the generous thought, but I already have more than I need. Spend it on a maid instead, so you can throw out that chore wheel.

I'd hired a maid before I'd buy a Porsche or a new BMW.

You're safe. Though I may print out that picture you just posted and tape it to a target at the range this afternoon for inspiration. :P

Shit, if I get that level scratch I might have to develop a chore dodecahedron.

I'm going to keep this thread going in Woosh's honor. I know only like 5 people read it, but it's a symbolic gesture. Kind of an homage to his "M Dub" days.

I'm calling my bookie today to put $100 on McMann. I'm hoping to get at least +300. For you non-MMA fans, she's the woman who's about to lose to Ronda Rousey.

I hope McMann chokes Shrek (RR) 'til her head pops like a zit.

Big surprise, that. Ronda needs someone here to cheer her on, and it's gonna be me! Go Shrek!

Well that's just my nutty betting strategy. I'm not betting on Rousey. I'm betting on McMann. Either my fighter wins and I'm happy. Or I win $300 and I'm happy. Win-win!

Ahh, the Arnold Schwarzenegger maneuver. I suggest you find yourself a hotter maid than Mildred, though. Bitch hit every branch on the ugly tree when she fell out of it.

I also bet on a goat named Spartacus at a local brewery's festivities yesterday. He won! I'm on a hot streak.

Maybe she had a nice personality?

I have the craving big time, wished I didn't stop. I need close sports book or I'll have to stick to football. I'd be blind betting on everything else unless I become a student.

For several years in the 90's I was in a video, voice and type chat group where they held Saturday Night horse races Down Under. One of the Aussie's would post the card's, play the recordings live and we'd place bets. Normally sending people gifts. I won a stuffed koala bear and a bottle of vegemite.

Wyoming Downs is a track about 1.5 hours away, I've never left without winning and don't know jack about horses but do get the feeling there's more going on behind the scenes.
I was in Wyoming playing a Softball tournament, after the games I hit the bar and met a horse owner who gave me two names 1st and 2nd.....One of them was his horse and he guaranteed a win. It wasn't even close. I pulled the trifecta in his race by blindly picking the 3rd.

Small money but a couple hundred put a smile on my face. What's the other called, a double double? Fuck if I remember.

With wrestling and sports and horses.....How are you keeping up with your info? Betting blind, websites research? In a group with other gamblers? taking tips?

I know you build up experience quickly in that environment but you seem to be all over the map with your bets. Cock fighting to snail racing?

Pretty much yeah. I'll bet on anything that amuses me. My only educated bets are on MMA, because I'm into it. Otherwise it's playing the favorites, blind guessing or inside info (I knew the goat's owner and he promised me it was a lock!)

UtahRatt wrote:I won ... a bottle of vegemite.
Not sure I would call that winning.
