the guy is not very great now is he? go ahead and defend him all you want, but once again when his team needed him the most, he failed the team(again)
for you to imply that the Yankees should have kept Miller and Chapman just proves you are mentally retarded and have no idea how the business of baseball works.
did those two leave or where they traded? no don't rush to answer. think about that for a NY minute before you reply. because there is a HUGE difference between
the 2.

Bitch please, a 2H Shut Out in game 2 NLCS, with runners on closing the 9th to WIN the NLDS after 2 days before going 7Innings in a win even after not being yanked and the PEN blew it. 2 Starts and a SV in 6 days? That's more then the entire Yankees staff did all post season! Wait, yankees didn't make it, for the first time EVER they didn't buy a ticket this year. They sold their chance and lost!

All while Miller and Chapman are both "IN" the World Series after moving on to greener pastures. Andrew Miller sets mark for most K's by reliever in one postseason!

Funny, getting traded from the yankees to CLEVELAND and CHICAGO is greener pastures now! HA HA!

Yankees 2016, all back of the bus n shit. It's ok, you still have the Cowboys to fall back on and I'm guessing you probably like the Hab's in NHL now....Wait, you haven't brought it up because you haven't googled NHL Cup winners yet.

--------------------------

Game 6 baby @ Jacobs Field tomorrow! screw progressive...
CHC: Arrieta (1-0 , 3.78 ERA)
CLE: Tomlin (0-0 , 1.76 ERA)

The forecast sounds ideal, mid 60's with 6-12mph winds blowing out to right center field for the hitters! Advantage Jake, if he keeps the sliders stinkers down! When the CUBS win this one the gloves are off! 2016 World Champs! I'll see the late night news on how it turns out.

It would have been nicer to have had it tonight on Halloween. Fright night baseball. The players could have dressed up and made it entertaining. It would have turned out better than Disco Demolition Night in Chicago.

The frontman/leader ( Billy Corgan ) of my alltime most hated band ( the Smashing Pumpkins ) is a Cubs fan.

That is a bigger reason to root for the Indians than Rick Vaughn in my eyes.

I don't see Billy around Wrigley nearly as much as the UC. I know he's had Bulls season tickets for years. I've seen him leaving after Bulls games with Eodman in the players parking lot many times. It'd be 11PM but those two would just be starting their day.

BTW dad flew into Cleveland around 10 AM central, met his ticket buddy (my contact with an insurance agent), is using my free miles for his hotel right across the street from the park, and has either turned his phone off or forgot to charge it. This trip is going to be nearly free.

All I have to eat is Ramen and lunch meat. Sigh.

Yeah, but he called out the other celebrity Cubs fans who magically showed up for the playoffs. I give him points for that.

just saw the game 6 final score. i'm shocked the Cubs took the big lead early and never looked
back. i honestly thought the series would end tonight.
answer me this, why did Chapman pitch 1.1 tonight? i heard he might have injured his toe covering a bag?
epic game 7 coming up.
not sure which team has the advantage

The Smashing Pumpkins......Holy piles of shit, that does it.

Game 7 in Cleveland, this is what I was pulling for. Time for the goat!

CUBS vs Cleveland
CHC: Hendricks (0-0 , 1.31 ERA)
CLE: Kluber (2-0 , 0.89 ERA)

I read the ESPN CUBS confident meter:
1 vote from Uganda picked - Confident going all the way!
1 vote from Latvia picked - Cursed! This is the CUBS, no way no how!

YOU MAKE THE CALL!

Yeah, props to Corgan for calling celebs out. I was just making a joke. Fuck SP though.

Anyways. What a series! I didn't get to watch today and won't tomorrow, but Hendricks against Kluber? Coming back from a 3 game deficit?

Tomorrow has the potential to be game 7 2001 good for either team.

I'm happy for you, John.

Still wondering why Chapman appeared in the game last night. Wouldn't the Cubs keep him off the mound and maybe ask for 3 innings from him tonight?
I guess that's impossible after last night.
Cavs won the title after being down 3-1. Will the Indians let one slip away after leading the series 3-1?

TBH, I have no idea who will win tonight. I'm rooting for the Indians only because I want the curse to continue.

Do you wonder why everyone thinks you're an expired douche? Or are you fully aware of the Yankee/Cowboys combo (which is way more prevalent than most rational people would guess)
Automatically qualifies you for the National Society of Mouth Breathing Dicks?

That said, the Cubs will most likely happen tonight. They just waited until the last possible time of the year to do it.

In the wild card era Corey Kluber is the 3rd pitcher to start 3 World Series games. The others being Curt Schilling 2001 and Adam Wainwright 2011.

God, I wish I could watch it tonight. It's going to be epic. Go baseball.

You swing on Epstein's nutz. Where will you be tonight that you can't watch the game?
Must be a good reason. Tell me you are playing the championship game of your adult softball league

I have work stuff. Normally I would just take it off, but I am almost to my first year with the company and am eyeing my second promotion.

I still dig Epstein, Hoyer, and Lester. I just hate the hype, plus they are so arrogant for not having won anything, it's offputting.

I don't really care who wins though. Both would be cool.

Done deal bro. Seems like Chicago started stepping on their dick and ran out of gas with the little burst that put them up 5-1. Stupid fucking errors and the worst "relief" effort I think I've ever witnessed in the Series.
