Well, there goes the Braves' season! That is, if losing Strider hadn't already sunk it.

Didn't they win the WS when Acuna tore his right ACL and was out for the season?

Ohtani goes an insane 6-for-6 today with 3 home runs, 10 RBI, and 2 stolen bases to become the first 50/50 player in MLB history.

Fernando dead at 63. And just as the Dodgers are preparing for another World Series, too:

The billion dollar LA Dodgers beat the lowly half-billion dollar "Moneyball" Yankees to win the World Series.

These are my two alltime most hated teams. I just hope no one had any fun, I guess.

As much as I wanted LA to lose it was funny watching NY choke so hard.

Thoughts on Juan Soto's megadeal with the Mets? Hopefully it doesn't end up being wasted money.

Max Fried to Yankees 8/218mil. Between him and D'Arnaud getting traded to the Angels, my Braves have lost some good talent this off-season.

If you could build an offense around any player in the game today, Soto would have to be up there. He just TURNED 26 in October. Not counting the shortened 2020 season, he's worth over 5.0 WAR in every season, which is star level. They'll have his peak seasons in the first half of the contract, and with his insane plate discipline, even the back half should be solid if he stays healthy.

It's the price of business today. Every team could afford these contracts, and they're worth whatever the market decides. I'd much rather players like Soto and Fried get paid, instead of the owners refusing to spend on talent. Steve Cohen has to be the best owner in baseball.

Confirmed. What a loss. The best lead off hitter of all time and the greatest Athletic of all time.

He would have stolen 200 bases in today’s game.
