That's the reality. Now we've bolstered our talent significantly and added important pieces in positions of need. By all means we will be a much better team, and we still have the draft coming up. Better than 11-5 would mean 13-3 or 14-2, a division title, and probably a deep playoff run.

The reality is, our schedule next year actually looks to be one of the softest in the league, looking at our opponents. So if you were counting on a difficult schedule to derail the Colts, think again. But that won't matter. Easy schedule or not, we are building a monster and we will be an elite team next year.

And there was no overspending done this year. We had the money to spend and we spent it. We got all the players we were after. We will continue to be in a positive cap situation next year and going forward. Same cannot be said about the Redskins. They're in salary cap prison and will be for the indefinite future.
