Went to a live event for the first time last night in Vancouver. Only live 20 minutes away and my friend got a ticket. It was pretty hilarious. The best match was the first one (Street Profits vs. Alpha Academy).

Kevin Owens wrestled in a Canucks jersey which was cool.

Roman Reigns sucks.

AEW update and statement on Adam Page

For those who have asked, The Adam Page KO finish vs. AEW Champion Jon Moxley on Dynamite appears to have been a legitimate medical issue.

One source believes he may have suffered a concussion, but we don't have that 100% confirmed.

Page was stretchered out of the ring after officials loosened the ring ropes. He was checked out backstage by medical staff.

10:38 PM Update: We are told Page left the venue to get examined at a local hospital. There is still no official word as of this writing

Hangman Adam Page was taken tonight by medical personnel to a Cincinnati trauma center and diagnosed with a concussion. He was discharged, but will remain in AEW's concussion protocol.

Mandy Rose has been fired by the WWE for posting nude pics on the internet. She’s my new favorite baby face.

Iyo Sky is favorite heel right now. Look at those sneaky slant eyes on here. You know she’s up to no good.

Word to the wise, remember Pearl Harbor, my friends.

Vinnie Mac wants to sell WWE

The Wall Street Journal reported this afternoon that Vince McMahon, who remains the primary stockholder of World Wrestling Entertainment, is "plotting" a return to power in advance of pursuing a sale of the entire company, leveraging his power as stockholder to force himself back into power.

https://www.pwinsider.com/article/16668 ... y.html?p=1

"WWE is entering a critical juncture in its history with the upcoming media rights negotiations coinciding with increased industry-wide demand for quality content and live events and with more companies seeking to own the intellectual property on their platforms," said Mr. McMahon. "The only way for WWE to fully capitalize on this opportunity is for me to return as Executive Chairman and support the management team in the negotiations for our media rights and to combine that with a review of strategic alternatives. My return will allow WWE, as well as any transaction counterparties, to engage in these processes knowing they will have the support of the controlling shareholder

vince didn't say that in his statement. doesn't mean he's not selling. doesn't make a ton of sense to keep it at this point.

That’ll never happen besides why buy something to shut it down? For now that story is being labeled as false. I’m just going by the news this morning.
