I'll bet anyone a dollar the Broncos beat Chicago next week. Hanie was exposed as a one trick pony. They lost to the Chiefs at home. Jesus I miss Cutler. And I'm very drunk.

It might be McNabb time.
Admit it.

a few weeks ago most would say only the AFC West Champ would make the playoffs, now 10-6 from both Raiders and Broncos could get in.
The goal for Broncos is 10 and get in, if Jets are 10-6,Bengals 10-6,10-6 Titans, Denver would win all the tiebreakers. Denver seems of now to be in a good spot.
Denver home game 1st round seems likely, thats kind of unreal from 1-4 start with the Tebow
Jani Lane and Bret Michaels should form a band called "Nelson II"
Denver's run has been remarkable, but looking at the remaining schedule, I think they probably win the division pretty easily making the Jets record moot as far as Denver's concerned.

What the hell are you talking about? Belichick went out of his way this week to stress that the Colts have good players on their roster, they are better than their record indicates, and that they aren't to be taken lightly. And he pulled Brady at the end and put in Hoyer which is essentially saying "Go ahead and put up 14 unanswered points". How is that classless?

Nope. All it proves is that Peyton>>>>>Brady, and the Pats had a better backup QB. Neither team makes the playoffs without their respective starting QBs.

The difference is that the Pats wouldn't be 0-16, regardless, FAIL TROLL!

The Pats had a backup who played well and is now a starter in the NFL. None of the 3 QBs that we've had this year will ever be starting QBs in the future, barring injury to starters. Painter could very well be out of the league next year. If the Colts don't retain him, I doubt anyone else will.

If Painter started for the Pats, instead of Brady, they wouldn't be 0-12.

You don't know that. Their defense is horrible. They have no running game. That whole team is on Brady's shoulders. Put a guy like Painter in there, and they'd be a disaster.

They'd be 2-10, at the VERY worst - not 0-12, FAIL TROLL.

I don't know if that's true, especially this year. What is true is that the Pats are a good enough organization to have a viable back up in place instead of a scrub like Painter. Indy obviously isn't.
Saints look really good. Did anybody notice how incredibly thuggish the Lions were with all their stupid personal foul after the whistle penalties? I know they're young, but that's a really bad reflection on their coach. Schwartz needs to get those idiots under control.

Pats of that season were clearly a better run/coached organization than the Colts of this year then, because they at least were able to be competitive when their superstar went down. Colts haven't done a damn thing. That's down to lack of players, lack of heart, lack of coaching or some combination of all three... All of which adds up to evidence of an "eggs in one basket" franchise that can't do as much as Houston or any number of other teams have managed when their starting QBs have gone down this year.
