Minny will win of Ponder plays half way decent. I have a feeling he won't.

Anybody hear Lomas Brown dogging out Scott Mitchell on Mike and Mike? It was amazing.

Said he would throw a pick, then cower or run to the sidelines. Said on 4th and 1 he would slide, not try to get the yard. Amazing.

They're schedule is pretty weak up til Indy and after that, with the exception of Houston & SF and possibly Miami, they're schedule is still weak! I don't think they're as good as years past though so we shall see how it plays out for NE & CryBrady!!! It has been an interesting year so far for all teams.....
I do think NE is overrated. Their defense is still not that good and their offense does not scare me either. The Colts have ten days to rest up, get healthy, and get ready for that game. It's gonna be a tough game, but definitely winnable IMO.
The Colts have been a nice story this year. Luck's emergence along with Pagano's health and the team rallying around him make for a great story. I think reality is about to come along and bring them back down to Earth next week though.

One thing against the Vikings is that Percy Harvin is supposedly not playing.

Must be nice to be a Bears fan. I'm looking forward to that rematch less than the annual Thanksgiving day massacre.

I doubt we'll see much of Levy in the sports forum anymore. He can't face the reality that's unfolding before his eyes. Over the next few years, as the Colts emerge as perennial contenders once again, and the Skins stay in the NFL basement permanently, he'll be too embarrassed to post here at all. Adios, Levy.

Fuck you cocksuckers, I've already accepted my fate and melted down after LAST WEEK's Redskins humiliation. Am I really supposed to do that every week?!

I'll say it again:

Shanahan sucks
The Redskins Suck
Snyder Sucks

I tip my hat to the rest of the league - the magnificent Andrew Luck included - and call them my daddies.

If anything changes with this situation you'll all be the first to know about it. Now get off my fucking dick and let me enjoy another double-digit loss season in peace.

Assholes.

Really?

When has P13 ever melted down like that? He never backs down, never stops talking shit.

Look, I wish I could argue with you, but the Redskins absolutely suck balls. RG3 is magnificent but he's in a hopeless situation.

And how are YOUR predictions working out? Peyton Manning looks like he's gonna win another MVP, and Tebow is on pace to be out of the league in 2 weeks.

you are a retard, ha ha ha

Read today Luck is poised to be the first QB drafted #1 after all to finish with at least a .500 record. That's pretty amazing.

You really think so? They're both awesome, and they share a jersey number, but I don't think Watt's style is all that similar to Hampton's. I don't think it's all that similar to anyone's though. He's kind of reinventing the position as he goes.

The kid has done everything he's been asked to do and then some. That was not an easy situation to come into, replacing Peyton Manning and everything that goes with that. But he has handled it perfectly. He's somehow exceeded his expectations, which were sky high to begin with. He's already made a connection with the community, working with the local hospital to do some great things. Cannot say enough about him.

I Like the Colts, Luck and P13, but its one thing to walk onto a team with a good coach, a bunch of players that have been to the playoffs and win.

Its another to walk onto a team that hasn't been close to the playoffs in 20 years with a new coach and a ton of failed draft picks and make it look good.

I think the Colts could have done it with Luck, Stafford, Newton, RG3 or Bradford ect.

I think the Redskins will turn it around with a couple of 1st round draft picks. Oh wait they don't have any! Just kidding, I don't follow the Redskins much but it seems like Shanahan and Synder are the problem get rid of them and the team could dominate in a couple years.

I haven't really paid much attention to the Skins, but isn't about half their defense on IR?

A few guys are - a few good guys are - but the roster as a whole is pathetic. The secondary might be the worst ever assembled for an NFL team. Defense was fine before Shanahan showed up. He decided, for some reason, to install a 3-4. The D has gotten worse every season under Shanahan.

As for the Colts - what happens when Pagano comes back? I mean, they kind of sucked before he went on the IR, right?

In his defense, one of the losses was to the number one NFL defense in week one.

The problem with the Redskins is the owner. Good owners hire competent people to run their organization and then get out of their way while holding them accountable. Think New England and Pittsburgh. Guys like Snyder and Jones think they know more than the guys they hire so they constantly meddle and screw things up.

Washington will not improve until Snyder can put his ego aside and bring in some good football management to run the organization. Shanahan is not the guy. He never did anything outside of Denver and only won there because he had one of the top QB's of all time. He's a glorified coordinator. Washington needs to gut the organization and start over (yet again).

That's not exactly a shocker. Every single person within 100 miles of Washington DC knows this.

Bringing in Bruce Allen to be GM seemed like a step in the right direction for about 5 minutes, but he's just a capologist. Shanahan is the real GM and Allen answers to him, not the other way around. Snyder, to his credit, has behaved himself for the last several years, but still he brought in another washed up old man and gave him complete control of the team.

The results were predictable. I'd like to see Shanahan go, and a young coach brought in. The only Super Bowl winning coach I'd be interested in is Gruden, but he'd want complete control and Snyder would probably give it to him.

I'm starting to think Shanahan is out after this season...and we'll end up with Cowher, or Payton, or some other super bowl winning coach who will be given complete control, hire half his family, and the results will be the same.

This article is funny and depressing at the same time/. It's the bible for Snyder bashing..snyder sued unsucessfully...lotsa laughs:

How about Chip Kelly from Oregon? He'd come reasonable cheap and wouldn't demand control or personnel decisions. His type of system could really benefit a QB like Griffin. Obviously his system would need to be modified for the NFL, but it could really be interesting.

I'd rather have an NFL guy - the only college guys in history who won a ring are Johnson and Switzer. And my grandmother could have won a ring with the team Switzer inherited.

I've heard Chip mentioned before...is he a "big name?" Seems like there's a good chance Snyder will go for him.

Yup. Smith was one of the 2-3 worst QBs in the league before Harbaugh got a hold of him. Harbaugh also did a pretty good job with that last QB he coached in college.
