He's been an assistant coach in Dallas for the past few years. Prior to that he played on the team that lost the finals to Miami in 2006.

I wonder if Darrell has been working closely with JJ Barea. He's become the same kind of player, the little dude that gets it done.

The only complaint I had of the Finals was I feel I was robbed not seeing Queen James cry.

When San Antonio eliminated LA a while back, we all got see Kobe cry like a little bitch. That was a great moment and made me feel warm inside.

I wanted to feel that again with Queen.

See those tears fall as he realizes....he is not Micheal Jordan.

A little late, but my two cents:

Great game 6. I haven't had that much fun watching a basketball game since March.

Loved Cardinal just beating the shit out of the Heat.

How about Barea? I feel like that last shot he hit in Game 6 was what really demoralized the Heat. They def. gave up from that point.

I'm glad Dallas didn't let me down. I said before the series started that I thought they were just too deep for Miami, and they proved me right. I mean, Carlisle effectively used guys like Barea, Cardinal, Peja, etc., so you gotta give him props as a coach. I recall people calling for his head and saying he was gonna lose his job during the Portland series. What a difference steamrolling the Lakers and embarassing the Heat makes.

Despite how much I love Dirk as a player (and I'm glad he got his ring. Kidd, too), Miami could have (and prob. should have) won this series. I think their fatal mistake was thinking all they had to do was beat Boston and Chicago.

Lebron has many good years left, and will have many more chances to fail. But seriously, that team was so villainous, they deserve all the roasting they are getting now.
