I didn't see the game, but apparently Nani had a decent spell second half and at least created the first. I haven't seen the other goals.

Scholes' was a tap in. Chicarito's was too, Buttner's shot would have probably gone in anyway, without him touching it. Buttner's was good, he's fast, went past a few Wigan defenders before shooting from awkward angle. At times he seemed more like a winger than a defender. Powell's was nice, one touch past the defender and then shooting.

You were getting badly outplayed until Shelvey got sent off. Scholes helped the midfield. Dodgy penalty won it. A good Pool performance but a Manc win. Not a great game by either side but the United midfield was quite underwelming and Liverpool have tons of possession but can't score. Can Liverpool recruit your son?

He's only seven, but he says he wants to play in England or Spain when he grows up. I played too as a kid, but he's way better than I was at his age. He can hold the ball well and has a real eye for goals.

Liverpool bossed it for most of the match, but they are really toothless in the final third. They didn't really create a ton of chances, despite having most of the posession.

Season after season it seems Liverpool only raise their game against us and Everton. Even more so this season!

Owned by Spurs. First half was especially shite. Lack of depth in the defence, Spurs passed them easily. One world class defender is needed, as Vidic is out again. Giggs shouldn't play together with Scholes anymore. Midfield still isn't totally sorted out. Scholes can't last forever. He did about 140 passes of which over 90% succeeded. How can he be replaced?

What I like about him is his pace and work rate. He chases lost causes that makes defenders have to play the ball and not just let it go. The one where he took it off the keeper is a good example of his efforts. He could have gone down, but people have been calling him a diver so he stayed on his feet and missed the chance.
