Bo Jackson was going to. Now people believe him.
What does what I would do or what Bo Jackson was going to do have to do with this?
Does proof mean anything to you or is circumstantial evidence all you need?

You said my arguments would make you want to quit fighting. My argument is he should sue somebody. And of course if Bo sued and the people stopped accusing him, then Lance should do the same. What do you mean what does another athlete who was wrongfully accused, just like you saying lance is have to do with this?

Are you kidding me? God damn, you are in love with him.

Again, reading comprehension would help you out tremendously.

My reading comprehension is good enough that i just understood that you asked me what Bo Jackson's situation has to do with this. When both men were accused of the SAME THING, and Bo did something that made people quit questioning him.

How could anybody take you serious after that?

Lance won't sue because he would have to answer all the questions about what he was accused of doing. No chance that's happening.

Instead he runs and hides like a bitch. There goes your hero. Watch him as he goes.

The fact that you call him my hero and say that I must be in love with him shows you have very little comprehension at all.

There is my point. You came in acting like we were all wrong, when some of us hadn't even given an opinion, and then faced with stuff like lawsuits and witness saying they saw him do it, you posted smileys and said:
Facedown wrote:It's arguments like this that make me realize why he isn't defending himself anymore.
What point am I missing? Is that a point? does that excuse teh fact he quit and never sued one of his accusers?

You're a good poster, don't pull that shit on me.

You've missed several points in this thread alone.
I guess I can take this as PROOF that you do it all the time.

I'm going to try to explain this to you one more time and hopefully you'll comprehend what I'm saying.
I am not defending Lance Armstrong. This is very important since you insist that I am.
I'm saying I think it's wrong for him to be stripped of his titles without any proof.
If proof is provided, hang him for all I care.
I never acted like you were all wrong for believing what you want, I just want actual proof that he did it. Period.
The "arguments like this" thing was a result of the obviously missed points.
If I didn't say any of the things you accuse me of saying, the argument is meaningless.

Haven't they got proof? I thought I heard they have proof and that Lance tried to get team mates to also juice up. Did I hear wrong?

Go ahead and post what i claimed you said that you didn't say. You sked me what he could do except keep saying no. When told he could sue, that wasn't an option for you. I wonder why? That's his one clear way of defending himself except saying no. Everybody can say no. But to you that has nothing to do with this. tell me why him doing the same thing Bo did, "has nothing to do with this?" You are going to have to explain how two people who were charged with the same thing, and handled it two different ways, aren't alike. I'd like to hear that one.

If that has nothing to do with this, then don't pose the question to me, asking me what i think. You have zero comeback for him going the lawsuit direction, and there is a reason for that. because there is none. If they are lying. SUE THEM. Pretty simple. If somebody was fucking up everything I worked for, I would sue. so would you. so would anybody. They guy can afford the best lawyers in the world, but chooses not to do shit. LOL.

I haven't missed any points. Like I said, don't pull that shit.

So me saying you're in love with him is me claiming you said that?

Oh, okay.

And you didn't act like we were wrong? What's with the smileys and the sarcastic comments?

The guy knew the rules if he stopped fighting and what might happen. He knows they can strip him of the titles. he chooses to stop. To most of us that is an admission of guilt. Especially, imo. with the lack of a lawsuit against his accusers.

You don't feel that way, and that's okay. Just don't tell me what another alleged dopers choice have to do with this. Because it has a lot to do with it, when you consider what might become of it. The dude won't sue for a reason. he will have to talk about it and what he was accused of.

BTW, I was one of his last defenders. But the fact he let all those people say shit about him, and never did anything changed y mind.

Do I know if he did it? Nope. Do i think he did it? Yep/ Nobody who worked so hard for so long would ever give up without defending himself in a court. He chose not to. Again, for a reason.

When you say over and over that I'm in love with him, it indicates that I'm defending him. In other words, you are saying that I'm defending him which I'm cleary not.
A lot of people will wait until they have been proven innocent to then go and sue the other people.
Lance obviously won't have that option.
Seems that he's saying (watch for the quotes here) "I've shown my last card, the burdon of proof is now on you". That "you" doesn't actually mean YOU, it means the faction that wants his titles.

You're right, I was calling you wrong....because I didn't say that.

As long as you're going to tiptoe around the question, we'll call that a draw.

Like me mistaking your quote about not wanting to fight it because of arguments like this? Sorry I parahrased that wrong.

But all the you're in love with him quotes. I never said you said any of that.

Granted I do believe your dick is throbbing for him, but no, i never said you said any of that.

Oh, I get it. I called a draw which is the same as not defending yourself so I must be guilty.

Put me in the "don't give a fuck about doping allegations" camp. What that guy did for cancer research funding transcends everything else. God bless you Lance Armstrong. You are, and always were, the fucking man.

A witness who testifies they actually saw the crime taking place is legally considered direct evidence, not circumstantial. George Hincapie and nine others were to give this kind of testimony in the USADA arbitration.

Well Hincapie and others already testified as such in a federal investigation. But yes, because Lance Armstrong isn't submitting to arbitration, he won't be able to cross-examine these accusers. Hincapie was supposed to be the most damning witness because he's Armstrong's best friend and confidante. Well...was best friend and confidante...
