Go ahead and post what i claimed you said that you didn't say. You sked me what he could do except keep saying no. When told he could sue, that wasn't an option for you. I wonder why? That's his one clear way of defending himself except saying no. Everybody can say no. But to you that has nothing to do with this. tell me why him doing the same thing Bo did, "has nothing to do with this?" You are going to have to explain how two people who were charged with the same thing, and handled it two different ways, aren't alike. I'd like to hear that one.

You have zero comeback for him going the lawsuit direction, and there is a reason for that. because there is none. If they are lying. SUE THEM. Pretty simple.
