WTF happened!!!
Let's see. He was a punk in high school that hung around thugs. He committed to UConn and went to U of FL instead, where he continued to hang with the wrong people. He likes guns. He is a punk. He's a dummy. Oh, and he's a punk.
i know a lot of people who like guns and none of them ever murdered anybody.

I figured most people would take that within the context of the other things.

Yeah, but the point is, he's a violent idiot with a history of thuggery who happens to own a gun. Your friends, presumably, are not.

Dude is doomed. I'm guessing the reason they haven't arrested him on obstruction charges is because they're preparing something bigger. If he didn't pull the trigger, he was there, or at least knows who did.

It's all very strange. They could arrest him on obstruction charges and up the charges if/when they find grounds to do so, I believe.

I'm sure you're right. I just can't figure out why they haven't yet. It's a very weird story.

Justice is much slower and sometimes absent when you have a lot of cash.
The prosecution has surveillance video from cameras in Hernandez's house of him walking around with a gun the night of the murder. There are 6 to 8 hours missing from the video after Hernandez is seen approaching a camera and turning it off. He is heard to have said "You can't trust anyone anymore". Witnesses say Hernandez was upset that the victim had been talking to people that Hernandez had some kind of beef with/didn't like. Doesn't look good for the dude at all. If they prove that the gun is the murder weapon, well, it's elementary isn't it?
