P13 is clueless yet again. Houston has a very good QB already, and they were the best team in the AFC until Schaub went down. They outplayed a tough Baltimore team on the road and only lost because they had a no-name rookie 3rd string QB starting. If Schaub was playing they would have had the bye and there's a good possibility we are talking about Houston going to Indy next week. They have zero need for Manning.
Pinhead is just trolling. He knows they'd have no interest in Manning. Schaub isn't all that great, but he's good enough and he won't be going anywhere for the next 3 years or so at least. Schaub's "pathetic franchise" will be one of the AFC favorites next year. Wherever Manning goes, I think a chance at a ring will be the biggest priority. He'll go someplace that is a good QB away. The Jets, if they're ready to give up on Sanchez, are probably the strongest bet, but San Fran would be pretty interesting too.
Schaub was playing very well before he got hurt. He has turned into a good QB. Other than the elite guys I think you'd be hard pressed to come up with 4 or 5 other QBs you'd rather have in that offense come September. Schaub is a good fit in Houston.

Schaub is a solid QB. Ive watched every snap he's taken since he's been a Texan. A few years ago he looked like he was on the cusp of being elite. He's regressed since then. His arm strength isn't anything to brag about, he under throws the deep stuff, he has zero mobility, and he's still prone to doing stupid things in crunch time. He's fine though. I don't want to get rid of him, I just thought he was going to be better than he's turned out to be. Luckily, Houston doesn't need an elite QB to run their offense.
Mario Williams contract in Houston expires in March, and the local talk is all about whether the Texans should re-sign him, franchise and trade him, or let him walk. I'd imagine he's going to be looking to break the bank, but I'm curious how highly the rest of the league values him. I'd love to see him back, but not at the expense of paying the rest of the players who's contracts are up. That Defense did pretty well without him this year. Thoughts?

ha,ha,ha and you hate Tebow
so what makes the dude a NFL QB?
Jani Lane and Bret Michaels should form a band called "Nelson II"
I don't hate Tebow. I'm rooting for the guy. I do hate his fanclub. That said, Schaub, while not an elite NFL QB, is 10 times the QB Tebow is at this point.
Not only is it the worst of all the all-star games, but a bunch of starters either beg out or don't play because of the Superbowl.
As much as I start jonesing for football this time of year coming off the end of the season and three excellent weeks of playoff games knowing it's one more game and then nothing for 6 months, I can't even watch a minute of this thing. It's a joke.

Never watch the pro bowl, but then I don't give a shit about any all-star games or other exhibitions.
The guy is ducking the mic and the media since his previous team lost
the game Sunday.
All he wants to discuss if the Bradshaw "fumble" that was not actually ruled a fumble.
Show some balls Jim.
Win or lose you have a responsibility to the media and fans to discuss the game.
His social/emotional maturity seems borderline at best.

P-13 is furiously Wikipediing this guy and preparing an explanation why he is the greatest hire in NFL history, as if he'd ever heard of him before today.
The way sports is going for me this season the Pats are a lock for a big win in the Superbowl. Even shitty City let me down tonight against the bin dippers. I'm gonna have to have a drink tonight, and then fuck the wife to take the edge off. Bastards.
