This won't continue forever. RG3 will be leading the skins to the promised land long after Romo has thrown his last INT.

And the Vikings will never, ever win a Super Bowl.

Yeah. That's gonna happen.. Romo will throw INTS. No doubt. Just not in the past three weeks and had the highest QBR this week in the NFL. I still don't trust the guy, but, he is playing decent ball right now..

Griffin isn't right. It is obvious..

But, no promise land with Griffin at the helm is gonna happen. Sorry..
Griffin is getting righter every week. You'll be able to see for yourself in a few weeks. And Romo is ALWAYS "playing decent ball right now," until "right now" happens to be the most important game of the season.

Just keep thinking it's gonna be a cakewalk.

Speaking of which, you'd be surprised by how many people don't even know what a cakewalk actually is, but insist on using the phrase.

Levi
Your team has dug itself a big hole.
There is no debating RG 0-3 is not healthy. The problem is why hasn't he stepped aside, let someone else take the snaps so he can concentrate on getting 100%?
Currently he is no threat to run the ball. He is one dimensional and the knee injury has forced him into some bad habits as a passer.

By the time RG 0-3 gets well in a few weeks, that team might be 1-5 or 2-4
Not much of a threat is the very, very weak NFC East.

You could be right. Let's face it Shanahan and Allen have the Skins teetering on respectability but it's far from fixed. The team is only one Snyder meltdown away from going right back to the disastrous rock-bottom low of the Zorn-era, and no way would Griff hang around for a shitshow like that.

Machado - you haven't actually been watching Redskins games. I don't expect you to, why would you?

But you are way off. Griff is getting healthy and NOT playing him would not help his recovery at this point. Long-term having him play is the best thing for the team. With this defense I don't know if it really matters how poorly hey start, this team ain't going anywhere in the playoffs obviously. And that's true for whomever comes out of the East.

So yeah, Maybe they are 1-2 with KC at the helm doesn't really matter. Long-term this is best for griffin and the team.

I've seen enough highlights and analysis to understand RG 0-3 is
not the only problem the Skins have to correct.

Yes, Like , ever.

I agree , you definately don't sit Griffin now. That would be backwards. Let him play it out and get better. I , being a Cowboys fan, don't care if he really does or not. As long as they lose. Haha..

But, you gotta stick with him now.

The meltdown was entertaining but this is a new season and once again
Levi had the pom-poms gripped tightly as soon as Week 1 arrived.

So of course he is going to catch a lot of shit for the way he cheers for his RG 0-3.

Turns out this year RG 0-3 is not in the same league as Luck.
Does anybody disagree?

A) It's THREE fucking weeks in. Back when the Skins were 3-6 and the Colts were looking on their way to the playoffs, one P13 was saying the same fucking thing. That's when I had the balls to challenge him to a bet.

B) EVERYONE here wants to talk about RG3. So people need to stop giving me shit about RG3-oversaturation around here. Ain't my fuckin fault.

I feel like ROADHEAD on a KISS rant here but it's true.

Here's something not RGIII we can discuss (From Deadspin.com):

Vikings Owners Must Pay $85 Million For "Organized Crime-Type" Fraud

The owners of the Minnesota Vikings were ordered to pay nearly $85 million in damages to former business partners they defrauded with "evil motive", and will face a criminal investigation into their actions, which a judge declared violated racketeering laws. There's a chance this ruling could hold up plans for a new Vikings stadium.

Zygi Wilf, the majority owner of the team, and his brother Mark and cousin Leonard were found liable for fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty, for their roles in scamming former partners out of the profits of a New Jersey apartment complex. The Wilfs withheld revenues and charged unauthorized fees and interest payments for decades. "Organized crime-type activities," the judge called them, finding they violated the state's RICO act.

"Zygi and his father decided...that the Reichmanns had gotten too good a deal," Superior Court Judge Deanne Wilson declared. "And so they were just simply not going to honor it."

Yesterday, the judge ruled on damages. The Wilfs must pay a whopping $84.5 million, including $36.8 million in punitive damages. Under New Jersey law, the case will now be sent to the county prosecutor and state attorney general for a criminal investigation.

Transcripts of the summary hearing and the judge's decision can be found below, though they're lengthy and just for the completists. Some highlights:

"It was done not with a reckless, but a willful disregard of the rights of the partners...And it was clearly not negligent. It was not even grossly negligent. It was grossly willful. And it was done repeatedly."

"The bad faith and evil motive were demonstrated in the testimony of Zygi Wilf himself."

"I do not believe I have seen one single financial statement that is true and accurate."

Last night, at a formal presentation at Minneapolis's Guthrie Theater, the Vikings released the first renderings of their new billion-dollar… Read…

A new Vikings stadium is tentatively scheduled to open for the 2016 season, with construction beginning in November. But when the verdict came down in August, a week before the lease was to be signed, the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority put the deal on hold while it investigated the Wilf's finances. "It undermines my confidence and veracity of the agreement we worked out with them," Governor Mark Dayton said.

The MSFA's due diligence report found that the Wilfs will likely still be able to meet their financial obligations to a new stadium in the case of a "worst-case scenario" judgment, though it doesn't quantify what the worst case would be. That might be because the Wilfs will be responsible for very little cash up front. The city and state will be responsible for $498 million of the $975 million construction. Of the Vikings' portion, $477 million, $200 million will come from a low-interest loan from the NFL, to be repaid from the visiting teams' shares of club seat revenues. The Wilfs are seeking up to $250 million in a private loan to cover the remainder.

Even if the Wilfs are good for it, it's bad news for a stadium deal that went sour almost immediately. Minnesota promised taxpayers wouldn't feel the brunt of the state's contributions because they would come from the proceeds of electronic gambling machines, which were projected to haul in $35 million over the first year. They earned the state $0, and some politicians are demanding an investigation.

It's also a bad look for the NFL. This is the second owner this year to be accused of fraud, following the FBI's and IRS's pending investigation into Browns owner Jimmy Haslam's truck stop chain.

We all have our poms poms gripped tightly in week 1, and Griffin isent playing that bad for a guy who's not 100%, wasent him who dropped a perfect pass in the end zone last week that would've at least led to a tie game, Yeah luck is playing better than RG3 right now, Lucks not coming off major suregery thought either, not to mention He also got his ass handed to him a couple weeks ago by the never mentioned but 3-0 Ryan Tannehill.....who was a WR in college .

Actually that would have put the Skins up by 3 with about 9 minutes left.

No guarantee they wouldn't have blown that small lead though.

I saw it with my own eyes though. It was a perfect pass.

I spent a long cold winter in Minneapolis a long time ago. That town loves it's team. It would really suck if they got screwed by a greedy owner. I've experienced the greedy owner syndrome in my own town. It's no kind of fun. Hope they work this shit out.

Hey Viking fans! Matt Cassel is going in for Christian Ponder!

The Pittsburgh vs Minnesota game in London, England will be raining INT's with the thanks going to Matt Cassel, well, The Vikings could put in Christian and you wouldn't have to Ponder the same results.

The tip/leek didn't come from the vikings......It came from Tom Brady. Personally, I think the Vikings have a better chance with Cassel. If they can recover from having 3 turnovers they just might beat the clusterfuck in Steel town.

It's pretty funny how it leaked out, I believe it, Matt will be the starter.
http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on-foo ... -in-week-4

As for you Levi, you're my sworn enemy this week and I shall slay you.

SKINS vs RAIDERS PRO (Division I-AA)
This week will show what our teams are made of. RGIII will have a lot of open targets but the Raiders will test your O-Line. The Skins D vs the run.....The growing issue is Oakland might be forced to start Flyn after Pryor suffered a concussion. It's turning into a mess and the players league is getting ruffled feathers.

Personally, I think the Skins are a good team and prime to be the second half killers this year, this would be a good start to win in Oakland.
I also think the Skins will win....But if they don't because of their Defense there's problems, their offensive will come around it's the Skins D I'm more worried about. The SKINS should be able to put up 20+. Oakland should be held from 13 to 17, if Oakland scores more, the SKINS D has issues and/or the Raiders are actually better then they're supposed to be.

I'm calling it a few ways, if the SKINS win they should win big 14+
If it's a close game the SKINS are a work in progress looking towards hanging in there till hitting the Thanksgivings turbos.

Three calls
Realistic: Skins 24 - 17 Raiders

1 Optimistic: Skins 24 - 28 Raiders

2 Optimistic: Skins 7 - 13 Raiders

Ponder is the GM's boy and reach at the number 12 spot in the draft. I think Ponder has to pull an Aron Hernandez to lose his job. Or maybe his ribs will put him on the bench this Sunday. We can only hope.

Do I really need to post links?! P13 got under your skin all the time and you flamed with him just as much as I or anyone else did.

But hey, keep "making shit up." Maybe it won't stink this time.
