So every team that makes the playoffs is automatically good? What about the Broncos last year? Should they be remembered as a great team in 15 years?

You still won't tell me if that has anything remotely to do with my story about Tony Dungy, or if you're just trolling. Please answer the question.

Making the NFC championship is good. I mean I love Dungy, but that's as far as he took them too.

If John McKay making the NFC championship isn't good, Dungy making it isn't either. See how that works?

And if you knew as much as you are claiming to know, you would know the Bucs made the playoffs 3 out of 4 years under John McKay.

But you don't know shit. So you don't know that.

When Tony Dungy became head coach of the Bucs, most people said he'd never turn the team around. The Bucs had never been any good and were one of the worst teams in the league. But he did it, and within a short amount of time the Bucs became perennial contenders.

I watched this game. NFC championship. You're daddy was beating off the Donnie and Marie when this game happened. He probably wished he didn't stop, that way he wouldn't have fucked your mom, and your trolling ass wouldn't exist to get so much shit wrong and disgrace his name.

Even a 13 year old wouldn't be dumb enough to buy "shares" in a corporation for hundreds of dollars, when they are technically worth absolutely nothing.

You're the proud owner of a few sheets of paper that are worth absolutely NOTHING. They also entitle you to absolutely NOTHING. And you paid hundreds of dollars for them. You're the ultimate sucker.

Because everyone loves to laugh at you Greg. We've often laughed at people who take their trolling to the levels you have.

Everything from your inflated Poison concert attendance figures, to insistence that the same band's has "co-headlining" status, to wearing a fake Poison concert poster in your sig, to praising drunk driving murderers for continuing to drive drunk, to your Colts loyalty (which there is nothing wrong with liking a football team) you just take it to hilarious levels and troll with it like a pro.. Your years on here have taught you well...

Still though, nothing has made me laugh more here in recent years was your Colts Super Bowl predictions and the the roads BACK to it failing.. and you just keep trying.

You troll Greg... You know it and you do so proudly because certain people don't know when to stop and realize you are trolling.

I never want you banned Greg... This place would have a lot less to laugh at if you were gone. I'm sure the Locker Room will have plenty more to point and laugh at by seasons end.

Most of us knew the Bucs had a pretty good team in the late 70s, but according to this jackass, they were never any good before Dungy showed up.

But he knows so much.

Actually, Doug Williams -

Image

FUTURE REDSKINS RING OF HONOR INDUCTEE AND SUPER BOWL MVP!!!!!!!!

had the Bucs moving along nicely back in the late 1970s. Their cheap ownership at the time blew up that team sadly before they could seal the deal.

But some people just don't know anything about football.

Even Levi knows, and he even admits he doesn't know much about other divisions than his own. But p13 didn't know, even with his vast football iq. He had 0 clue. he must have skipped the late 70s when memorizing the NFL encyclopedia.

I don't "pay attention" to other divisions in that I don't study up on them like I do the NFC East.

I figure most people are like that, but I guess these days where everyone is doing fantasy that may have changed.

Either way, I know my fucking football history. I know who has won super bowls and who hasn't. I know who has contended in the past and who hasn't.

It's about a respect and love for the game and its history.

After all - how can we know where we are if we don't know where we've been?

Deacon Jones was a badass.

I think I knew more about the NFL before the internet and before fantasy. In the 80s I could tell you every starter in the league and where most of them went to college. I would have to look it up, and read about it to learn it, so it stuck with me longer. Now you just google shit, know it for a second and forget about it. Also, before directtv, I had to watch what game they showed, where as now I can watch my team every week. So I knew more about other teams. The good thing is, now I know more about my team than i did then, so that's definitely a good thing.
