You're nuts . The Rock concert was lame. Rock had to read his lyrics off the music stand and he couldn't even keep up with his "We Will Rock You" karaoke on the Titantron.

Hell, Cena wins just for mentioning Rock's pec surgery alone!

The whole thing between Cena and Rock is getting fucking stupid. But I did like The Rock bagging on Cena for fucking Eve behind his wife's back. OUCH!

So basically they are retreading the Raven vs. Punk storyline from ROH years ago but instead of Raven they are using Jericho. GREAT.... *end sarcasm*

more like

Vince" Cena you have been kicking The Rocks ass, I didn't expect you to win every week, then kick Rocks ass April 1st or when Taker shows up April 21st. Could you let Rock win tonight? I didn't expect The Rock to be so lifeless in live "trash talk".

Did Taker say Mania was April 21st? or was he talking about something else and I missed it?

Also, How do you fuck up a song when THE WORDS ARE RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU?

Not really a Super Cena fan, and at the outset I did get geeked for Rock's return. Thing is, if we're using boxing's 10pt system, I've got it 10-9, 10-9, 10-9, and last night was a 9-9 draw. Can't give the night to Rock.
1. He read off the easel.
2. He blew the karioke.
3. It was painfully obvious that Cena's hand was in his material, and Rock's shit was all written by creative.
4. Rock just looked wooden from the halfway point on. His segment could have been cut in half.
5. Even given the last word this week, the best he could muster (if I'm generous) is a tie.
Cena still leads by a huge margin. Rock needs to stick to Hollywood, his improv just ain't there any more. He just seems half-hearted on raw.

TNA must have some long term deal with the cable companies. How can they possibly make money selling like 10,000 ppv's a month (even if they are produced in-house so to speak at Universal Studios) Most reports indicate it was a pretty good show with Hardy/Angle being the match of the night.

http://www.tmz.com/2012/03/19/john-cena-crash-photos/

John Cena's ride was the lead dog in a 3-way chain reaction crash in Philadelphia this morning ... and TMZ has the first photos from the smash site.

WWE.com broke the story ... Cena was leaving a media appearance ... when his SUV was rocked from behind by another car.

Now, we've learned ... Cena's ride was hit by a small Honda Civic ... which was ALSO hit from behind by a massive big rig.

As we previously reported, Cena didn't appear to be seriously injured ... but plans to visit with doctors as soon as he arrives to the arena for Monday Night Raw.

Gotta rewind and see if any of this was visible
SHANE DOUGLAS ATTEMPTS UNINVITED CAMEO ON RAW, WALKED OUT OF PHILADELPHIA
by Mike Johnson @ 9:17 PM on 3/19/2012

During the Big Show vs. Kane match on Raw, former ECW World champion Shane Douglas pulled off a mask and ripped off an outer shirt, revealing himself to be sitting at ringside. Douglas then attempted to get fans to chant for ECW. It was obviously a promotional stunt to gain awareness for next month's Extreme Reunion event in Philadelphia.

Fans surrounding Douglas reacted and there were some small chants, but WWE's production crew quickly shot around Douglas during the last minute of the match. It then appeared Douglas was immediately ushered out of the building.

Can't wait to see Albert/A-Train back in the 'E. Dude was a beast back in the day and apparently since he's been wrestling in Japan he's gotten even better. Never was a huge fan, but he is a talented big man and at least it's someone fresh coming to the roster.

For those who don't know, the promo video they showed tonight for "Lord Tensai" was indeed Albert.

Rumor has it that A-Train will be a henchmen for John Laurinaitis!
It's got me wondering if that's still the plan. Apparently they were talking about giving him a huge push upon his debut and putting him against Cena. I just hope they don't feed him to Cena just as a time killer until Summerslam and then be done with him.

Just as a side note, I LOVE it when they use vignettes to hype people. It adds something extra and actually makes you want to see the person debut.

Anyone else notice that they are kinda rewinding time. Interviews live on stage (like saturday night main event) and previews of new people. Kinda reminds me of the 90's. Hopefully the wrestling will get better. I think they are kinda doing a pg-13/attitude or trying at least with all of the cut outs during Punk calling Jericho "bullshit"?

Well this came outta nowhere
Source: The Wrestling Observer

WWE officials notified Bright House Network Monday that they have opted to cease their affiliation with the Florida based sports network as they are shutting down Florida Championship Wrestling effective immediately. Florida Championship Wrestling programming, which was taped last Thursday in Tampa, Florida, will cease to air on the network in three weeks.

Everyone involved with Florida Championship Wrestling will relocate to WWE's homebase in Stamford, Connecticut until a further decision regarding the developmental program is made.

WWE employees were given the impression that a developmental promotion will ultimately open in Connecticut with the possibility of a second at an undetermined location.

The promotion was started by former wrestler Steve Keirn in 2007 to be WWE's second developmental promotion when they ended their relationship with the Georgia-based Deep South Wrestling in early 2007. It became their sole developmental promotion in early 2008 when they ceased affiliation with Ohio Valley Wrestling.

Mania Raws always kind of suck, like last night

a bunch of quick matches..like Superstars or Challenge days

promo,promo,promo kind of sucks

i felt bad for the Philly fans, no match for Punk even in a dark main event

WWE gets 18,000 and the fans have to be somewhat pissed
should have at least had Orton,Punk,HHH involved some how

I'm looking forward to it as well, a solid, veteran big man that has been seasoned as a star in Japan, hopefully they book him VERY strong coming off of Mania. I would even doubt him even being a surprise at Mania, it's been a while since WWE has debuted someone at a huge PPV.

Big Sexy talks about his aborted Punk feud
Kevin Nash Reveals Why His Match With CM Punk Didn't Happen
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 03.23.2012

Big Kev spills the beans on the planned texting storyline and more...

- Kevin Nash spoke today about why his match with CM Punk was derailed after Summerslam and more. Check out the highlights:

On why his match with Punk didn't happen: "I'll tell you what nobody knows about this entire thing. I never went into it and WWE never went into it because of the privacy issue. What happened was, because of the wellness program, because my dad died of a heart attack at 36 years old, they do beyond a thorough physical. Well, my heart and everything else was fine, but I'm on Plavix and Plavix is a blood platelet agulator; they call it a blood thinner. It's not, it stops your platelets from sticking together so you don't get cardiovascular disease and blockages in your arteries and have a heart attack. it's also for stroke. It's very common to take with a statin drug if you have anybody in your heredity who died before 50 let alone having a father who died of a massive coronary at age 36. So I was on Plavix. So this comes through. When the doctor sees I'm on Plavix, I can't wrestle. So now I'm supposed to wrestle C.M. Punk. I can't. They won't medically clear me. Triple H has to take my spot. It screws up the entire angle. That's how all that came about. WWE would never - because that's the class of the program - let that come out, but I need to make sure people realize it wasn't Creative's [fault], it was that a 52 year old guy was on Plavix and I had to go off it. I had to be off it for a certain amount of time before I could go back to work. It just so happened that I was finishing the Soderbergh film "Magic Mike" at the time, and I had to go shoot that, so it coincided with me going away for a while. I took the shot with the sledgehammer in Buffalo at Night of Champions and that got me away until I could be clear, and then I came back and we went into the match with Paul [Triple H] and I. At that point, Phil [C.M. Punk] and I sort of missed our opportunity to have that match. That's the true untold story that I give only Wade Keller (laughs)."

On the storyline being rewritten on the fly: "When my blood work came back and threw such a wrench into everything, it was, 'Oh my God how are we going to get out of it?' We had to drag Paul and then this in it and this in it and that in it. Can he work? Can he not work? Can we still get this match out of him? So that's where the dialogue between Phil and I were getting was changing up until show time. It wasn't because creative was unprepared, it was because I kept shuffling the deck. Oh, we're playing Texas Hold 'em. No, we're playing Indian Poker. (laughs) I kept throwing these things into it and completely throwing wrenches into what they were trying to get done. It got to the point where we got that match out of me and they were just like… I wanted to be on Plavix. Do I need to not be on Plavix and take a risk of having a heart attack and stroke or do I want to work. That's where this whole situation kind of came to. That's what transpired."

On who was supposed to be the man who texted him: "It would have been Johnny [Laurinaitis]. It would have been Johnny trying to end around and me trying to say that Paul had changed because he was a blue blood now and he wasn't Clique. He was in the McMahon threshold. We were going to get a Johnny Ace clique of guys to try to take over control of the company, that's when Vince would have gotten fired, and then we would have been after Paul and try to take control of the company. You know, good storyline."

On getting the call to appear at SummerSlam: "I got a call and they said 'Can you be at SummerSlam and can you stick Punk and let Del Rio grab the strap?' And I went 'yes.' (laughs) I'm not that dumb. Whoa! You're talking about disappearing from the Rumble and coming back. I got that second pop when I showed up at Summersrlam and stuck him. People were, like, what the hell. I thought it was excellently booked. It was just screwed up because I was on Plavix."
