Really?

5-2 and averaging 30 points per game is hardly crap, especially when the losses were close ones to good teams.
5-2 is great if you're the Cowboys or the Redskins or the Lions. My point being the Packers are not playing at the level people have come to expect this year.

Say your team is in a close game, either down or up just by a score. Who would you rather have on your team to hold onto the ball...

Tony Romo or Ryan Leaf?

I might have to go with Leaf on this one. I bet Leaf could hold a place kick at least.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh Sean Lee didn't play! He played most of last week and most of the Cowyboy's losses this year so don't start with that excuse either. Sean Lee don't play CB or rush the passer.

That Dallas game makes the Eagles loss at least a little more palatable.

True - but I still don't think you can call the Rodgers half of the season crap regardless of the team - not when they're putting up the points like that.

Cowboys lose at the last minute on a Romo INT?

Just a preview for the last week of the season when they play the Eagles for the title.

You wasn't "just saying" anything after the Saint's spanking last week.

The Panthers:

Giants
Vikings
Rams
Tampa
Atlanta
Miami
Tampa x 2
Jets

They get the lowly Falcons and the Saint's one more time. Of course they got their asses kicked last week so the rematch will be interesting. I'd like to see Smith get a ring but I don't have any faith in Camteabow.

Haha, I was completely giving NeverSurrender shit, I guess I have to take it back. A backup QB, 3rd string RB and a hundred year old receiver made the Eagles D look like fools. However, thanks to Manchowder's boy Romo it doesn't hurt as much. On to Chicago.

Don't forget the moronic coach the Vikings have (but atleast he didn't go for it at his own 20, that was stupid. this ain't the Pac - 12.)

Vikings have played very well when Cassel has played. Whoever chose to play Ponder over him all year should be fired... today. Actually, tey should be fired last night.

BTW, why is the biggest shit talker here a Raiders fan? That shit is laughable. Leave to a Raiders fan to take over for p13. I guess talking shit about everybody else's team makes him forget how bad his team had been for a decade. The Raiders have 3 qbs, and I only heard of one, and that's only because he got kicked out of college. Too bad they never "get lucky" ey? Of course this is the same Raiders fan who thinks a smallish white guy wearing number 7 is an NFL RB.

Garrett says Romo changed the play call from a run to a pass before the big INT before Gay Bay took the lead. Can you imagine that? Mr Team Killing Turnover, and he changes the run to a pass he can fuck up? Unreal.

That's two weeks in a row the Cowboys could have won games had they stuck with the run. I swear Romo is his opponent's secret weapon by insisting they throw. Did anyone ever tell Garrett an incomplete pass stops the clock and lets the opponent hold onto their timeouts?

You and me both, so much for a two way competition. The NFC North probably won't be won until week 17.

Sounds like Garrett called a run though. WTF is a guy who kills him team all the time audubiling to a pass in that situation? I know he idolized favre, but stop, dude.

And Griffin will be in civies again for next week.. How sweet it is..

I do hope that the skins beat the Cowboys down badly..

Along with another melt down debacle against the Eagles..

Anything to get this coaching staff and 3/4 of the players gone next season.

Mailing it in? Damn fucking straight.

Hilarious.. I wonder if anyone actually watched the game.. Blaming Romo.. LOL.. Fucking classic, you fucking sheep..

It's not even worth it to explain the events leading up the end..

I will give it on Romo on that last pic.. Holy fuck, he would still be running right now if he would just pull his head out..

Awww fuck it.. Fuck Romo too, Fuck this whole fucking Cowboys team.

NOBODY should be safe..

Looking forward to the day that the Jones' family is far away from this once great franchise...

I'm still wondering why they paid him all that money last year? Granted, he will keep them "in the hunt" until his contract expires. BUT if anyone has seen anything in him to pay him "he could lead a team to the Superbowl" type money please inform me.

Bludgeon, I agree to an extent that it goes way deeper than Romo but goddamn that guy is the face of the late game implosion. Did you know he has 19 fourth quarter comeback wins on his resume? Neither does anyone else because the guy is the poster child for meltdown. I thought I read somewhere that on that second pick Romo changed the play that came in from a run to a pass. That's on him.

It could be worse, Eli Manning could be your QB....

Romo changed the play on the 1st pick.
There was a "CASINO" defense to stop the run, so Romo checked out to a pass. Which who knows how many other NFL QB's would have done.
At the same time, there is no room for a turnover at that point in the game.
Can't happen. Should not happen.
Better to run into the "CASINO" defense and at the very worst get stopped for a loss while the clock is running.

The 2nd pick was a miscommunication between the WR and Romo.
WR cut off the route and Romo threw to a spot he thought the WR should be, based on the "trap" coverage.

Anyway you slice it, Cowboys caught a HUGE break with the Eagles taking
a dump in Minnesota. I didn't see that coming.

Cowboys still control their own destiny.
Win out and they earn a berth in the NFL Tournament.

I don't think so bud, with that lead and with the ball, you run when the coach says run. This is why he is Tony Romo.

Wow Machado. You go from shit-talker extraordinaire to "AP report reprint" in just a matter of weeks.

What's a matta? Romo - and reality - got you down?

The cowboys fucking suck and so do you.

You play the pathetic Redskins next week. As sure as a "sure-win" as there is in the entire NFL.

The fucking Falcons beat them. So did the Vikings.

Well, if ever you had a chance to talk some shit, here it is.

So lets hear it you spineless pussy. I think KC12 is gonna shred the Dallas D and the Skins will win emerge victorious, ruining the Cowboys' season just like last year.

What do you think, paco?

The Tournament.. Gimme a fucking break..

You don't turn into a fucking pass happy sissy team when your fucking RB is averaging 7.1 ypc and you have the other team on the ropes. You pound them into submission. This isn't rocket science. This is fucking EGO's by an average backup QB who somehow is an HC and a douche OC that loves the passing offense.. Eagles fans know what I am talking about.

Usually, coaches know how to , or try to protect a team's weakness. Dallas could of and should of done both by relying on Murray and T.O.P... Killing two birds with one stone.. Keeping the Defense off of the field and keeping the ball out of Romo's hands in regards to passing. Romo and Co. shouldn't of even been in those situations at that point.. That is up to the HC to "process" the information. Realize his defense can't stop shit. Focus on the running game and the clock and go with it..

Or, if you are going to pass, work off of the fucking play action because of your 7.1 ypc running back has given that option.. But, don't make the passing game your main point of selection with that fucking lead.. Jesus. They know that defense ain't gonna hold up. Nevermind the fact that the Pack offense SCORED on every possession they had in the second half..

And, by all means, 5 pt lead, HC needs to tell Romo , "you check out of the run to a pass, you are benched for the next game. It's run, run, fucking run.. Don't care what the defense is playing.". Let the Pack sweat, burn timeouts.. It's just fucking ridiculous. Oh, I need that 48 hour rule now.. LOL.

Ballgame won.. My seven year old can see this shit.
