Brandon Browner signed with New England. Looks like Denver aren't the only ones making a one last chance for the Superbowl push this year. We get to see what Carroll is made of this year with all the raiding of his players.

wow, looks like New England has a real secondary for the first time in, what, 7 years? Revis, Browner, Dennard and Ryan are very solid, and Arrington is very good in the slot. McCourty is an excellent safety. You get a good strong safety and this is very, very solid unit.

Looks like they are trying to assemble a better match-up for Denver's passing attack. Problem is that they have virtually no pass rushers.
Seattle remains in a league of its own.

DL Julius Peppers signs three year deal w/ Packers. I'm stoked as to what this could do for the Packers defensive issues! He's not a young pup anymore (34) & he is switching to a 3-4 Defense after playing in a 4-3 all his career! It could either be a great move for him and the Packers or prove Da Bears made the right move!

He started 16 games last season. I count four where I actually even noticed he was on the field. He had 3 straight games with all zeros on the stat sheet. Not a pressure. Not a half sack. Not even a fucking tackle. In a row.

He'll be fine the first season of the contract because he's going to make an effort, but I'm not giving anyone 4 million a year to play a game month. GB should know better because they fucking played against the guy for four years.

Panthers trying to nab DeSean Jackson...Doubtful IMO but on Friday, Jackson posted a picture to Instagram of himself with Cam Newton.

Panthers add Jerricho Cotchery and Tiquan Underwood. I like both picks, Cotchery can still find the endzone. The Panth's will probably pick another early in the draft and go into the season no worse then last year.

NFL, ESPN and everyone said the Panthers cant replace Smith, he's one of my all time favorites and I'm saying it now, he'll be an average 11mill WR in Baltimore with one of the weakest years of his career. While Tiquan Underwood "if he stays healthy" will have one of his best.

I'd still rather have Smith but the Panthers didn't have anyone to take the pressure off him and Smith isn't 24 anymore.

At the end of the season the Panthers and New England were in the same boat. I don't see any WR on either roster who couldn't be replaced.
Both teams needs to rebuild, Looks like the Panther's are already on the case. Pick up a vet or two and one or two in the draft. The Pat's or the Panther's couldn't do any worse then last season.

I like Jerricho Cotchery and Tiquan Underwood but neither are the answer. The Panthers need a field stretcher, an X factor. CamTeaBow Newton needs a good set of hands or he'll be simply.....Cambow.

The Carolina Panthers were among the teams the Eagles "informally reached out to" in order to gauge interest in a trade for Jackson, Joe Person of the Charlotte Observer reported Friday.
Because of their glaring need at the position, the Panthers make surface sense as a trade partner. Digging deeper, though, general manager Dave Gettleman would have to create cap space to fit Jackson's salary.

A bigger impediment? The Observer has reported Steve Smith was released because Gettleman viewed him as a distraction. Considering Jackson's diva reputation, that would seem to make him a poor fit in Charlotte.

NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Thursday that the Panthers have joined the Oakland Raiders, New York Jets, New England Patriots and San Francisco 49ers as teams showing interest in Jackson."
