I saw something very quickly about that. I just assumed it was a storyline injury. That would suck if it's legit.dmbrocker wrote:Word is Rollins is injured again after the Samoa Joe attack Monday night. Dammit!

Just read that former WWE broadcaster Mike Adamle is dealing with dementia.

Pro football in the 80's will do that to a guy.That-guy wrote:Just read that former WWE broadcaster Mike Adamle is dealing with dementia.
Adamle, while probably a nice guy, didn't stand a chance with WWE. Curious hire.

Re: The New (Spam Free) Never Ending Wrestling Thread
Man I really hope Wyatt retains at Mania, I just don't see it happening though.
And I don't think I've been emotionally affected by a Wrestling segment like I was with the Kevin Owens/Jericho breakup since I was a kid watching Shawn Michaels throw Marty Janetty through the Barbershop Window.
That was so well done.
My girl got me floor tickets for my Birthday to the MSG Road To WrestleMania House show in March. I haven't been to a WWE live event since I was a kid, they were still called WWF and the Ultimate Warrior was still headlining their events. Ya think anything has changed?
It should be a lot of fun though. Lesnar is being advertised in the main event with Kevin Owens.

R.I.P. George "The Animal" Steele. Eating copious amounts of turnbuckle padding in the afterlife, I assume:

Per Ric Flair's Facebook post, the great Ivan Koloff has passed away. RIP:
I'm Sad To Wake Up And Hear of the passing of my very close friend the Russian Bear Ivan Koloff. We have been close Friends since the day I started in the business in 1972. We traveled the Roads all through the 70's and 80's together. I learned so much from one of the greatest workers in the History of this business. You will be missed My Friend. Rest In Peace

Back in the TBS NWA era I used to watch all those guys for a long time and always thought Ivan Koloff was a great heel. R.I.P.

Re: The New (Spam Free) Never Ending Wrestling Thread
How'd you guys think about Braun Strowman doing a Shawn Michael's jump up from the mat last night against Big Show?
I don't recall ever seeing someone so freaking huge do that.
If Vince plays his cards right this guy could be big time.
I also like that they broke him off from Bray Wyatt.
I guess I just don't get Bray Wyatt he seems like a soap opera with his telling stories for ever and ever it just bores the shit out of me I'm like get to the fucking point man.

Re: The New (Spam Free) Never Ending Wrestling Thread
Another 5 star match from Sami last night
Brock was sweet another "live" interview. Crowd was little pisssed he was advertised for weeks
The Rock taping the movie after was maybe greatest thing I've seen in wrestling. Two actors come out playing AJ and Paige. The crowd didn't leave but watched a fake match played out on a wrestling "show" and reacted like it was real fantastic! They filmed it in parts so they would get good shots and crowd ate it up! They ended up doing match and finish a few times. Crowd stayed for the first match but by the end only 300 in Staples..crowd watching and reacting to a fake match was mind blowing fun
