Panda Energy is the parent company and was only keeping TNA as an tax write off. Dixie Carter's dad is high up on the board and they is why she is in charge of the company, The problem I see with TNA is too many non wrestling people making wrestling decisions and having the wrong wrestling people in power, Eric Bitchoff killed a money making money in WCW, Hogan is great twice a year, not every show. I think the shuffling of the deck for the company right now is the best thing overall. They need to grow and get out of the rut they have been stuck in.

PWTorch.com is reporting TNA star Kurt Angle was arrested on a Driving While Intoxicated charge early Friday morning following the TNA Impact Wrestling TV taping in Wichita Falls, Tex.

Angle was charged with his second DWI offense and released on $2,000 bond at the Texas Wise Country Jail.

Angle was arrested in September 2011 for Driving Under the Influence charge in Virginia. Angle was fined $1,500.
