Maybe you should learn "capitalization" before attempting comprehension.

is it far fetched to think that baseball fans from the SF Bay Area, St. Louis, Chicago and NYC, all cities where MLB players
have be.
We knew Sammy and McGwire were cheating. We were just so happy baseball was back we didn't care. Wrigley hasn't been the same since. Or the team.

Cubs.

Apparently the Marlins had a picture of Ali up on their big screen with his birth year-2016.

The Marlins were wrong.

Has anybody seen the film, "The Battered Bastards of Baseball"-Story of Bing Russell and his Portland Mavericks Baseball Club, 73-77
Outstanding documentary about an independent baseball team that thrived in Portland.

Mark Texersomething on 15 day DL. MFY hoping to avoid surgery.

Not if you ask Joe Morgan.

Weird stat - Areietta allowed 10 balls in play today and 9 went for hits.

SF Giants SP, Mad Bum wants to participate in the All Star game HR derby. What do you guys think?
I say why not. Let's get a pitcher who has hit many HR's in a game into that group of hitters.
As for injury risk, I don't want to hear it. He can get injured in the off-season when he's riding a horse.

Time to inject some life into the very, very stale HR Derby

Top 10 draftee SS Delvin Perez has fallen considerably in the rankings. He failed a drug test.

Mark Teixeira opts for rehab over surgery.

Tim Lincecum looked good in his 2nd rehab start. 95 pitches, 6IP, 2BB, 2ER, 5K

Cubs' Soler on 15 day DL.

Soler needs some fat on his bones. He's always going to be an injury waiting to happen if he's going to carry 5% body fat.

Anyone notice the Rouals catcher didn't try that hard to stop Machado from going after Ventura?

ok i am not the only person who noticed that. when i saw the footage for the 1st time i was wondering
why Perez took so long to get out of the box. normally a catcher has no trouble passing the hitter, standing
in front of the hitter and putting at least 1 hand on him as a deterrent from taking another step towards the mound.

KC has been trying to trade Ventura, since he's not that good, and has been pulling this HBP shit for a while now.

Perez was probably sick of his shit. KC adopted this "tough guys" mentality after Bumgarner bent them over in '14. It's a little different to be a "our fly-over state team is tuff! Grrrr!" When you can't get anybody out. His teammates obviously feel the same way.

Major League Baseball has suspended Kansas City Royals right-hander Yordano Ventura 9 games and Baltimore Orioles infielder Manny Machado 4 games for their roles in a benches-clearing brawl Tuesday.

Each player has appealed, the league said. Machado was in the lineup for the Orioles on Thursday night against Toronto, batting third.

I hope the Cubs keep getting hyped up so that when they fail (which is what they do) the fall will be spectacular. Teams with the top record rarely win the World Series.

The King is out for another 4-6 weeks ( calf ).

Yu Darvish back to DL ( shoulder ).

MLB discussing HR Derby for pitchers. So far Bumgarner, Arrieta, and Fernandez have discussed interest.

SFG has signed SS Rueben Tejada to ml deal. SF has also had preliminary talks to acquire Ryan Braun.

Cubs are scouting MFY's three-headed relief monster. Adding any one of those guys is pretty scary.

Cuban Yulieski Gourriel declared free agent.

Rose on Ichiro nearing 3K hits, "they're making me the Hit Queen."

Ichiro just broke Pete Rose's all-time hits record with his 4,257th professional hit.

He needs 21 for 3,000 in mlb. Fucking wow.
