Do you really think it matters? They have financial guys like Russ Brandon as Director of Football Operations. Unless they get a guy like Polian in charge,they will continue to hire pushover coaches/GMs like Jauron,Donahue,Greg Williams ,etc. So yeah,great he is gone however we still have two shitty QBs and I highly doubt the Bills will ever go after Dungy,Cowher or a proven coach.

Obviously Buffalo aren't players for someone like Cowher, Shanahan, or Holmgren. But the fact that they're out there means there will be some other, good coaches, available for a decent price.
