1) Cowboys HOST the SuperBowl. Jerry Jones will make it so.........
2) Favre returns, the Vikes do not have nearly the same great season though.
3) Browns win 6 - 7 games. Brady Quinn shows "development." Establishes his self as franchise QB.
4) Saints underperform. The magic carpet ride is over.
5) The Chiefs start to build a winning program. They are essentially New England w/out Belichick, but with every assistant that has won anything for Belichick....

Like Jake said, he's probably studying up on Bingo Smith, Campy Russell, Mark Price, Walt Frazier, World B. Free, Austin Carr, Brad Daugherty, Shawn Kemp and Lenny Wilkens so he can claim he's been a long suffering Cleveland Cavs fan. Which will result in maximum comedy gold, because I have been going to Cavs games for YEARS.....

And then a Cav's banner goes up when they win their 60th game.
"But it's been there ALL YEAR."
"I've been watching LeBron since he was in 9th grade."
"I still have my Gregg Eelo jersey."
"That was a typo - I meant Craig Ehlo."
"Cleveland is going to kick everyone's ass!"
"Go wine & gold!"
"Kobe sucks"
"Michael Jordan couldn't play in today's league"
"LeBron was wearing #23 when he was a baby and before Michael Jordan wore it."
"What do you mean Jordan wore #23 in college? Only pro sports count."

1. The Cowboys will make it to the NFC Championship but lose
2. The Colts will have the league best record
3. The Rams will suck ass
4. The Titans will make the playoffs but lose first or second game
5. The Cardinals will go back to once again being a mediocre team

1) Saints make play-offs but not conference championship.
2) Chargers make conference championship but not superbowl.
3) Chiefs do better than they did this year.
4) So do the Jets (regular season-wise).
5) Philly is good but not great with Reid and McNabb again.

Matt Moore will lead the Carolina Panthers to an NFC South Divisional title despite the loss of Julius Peppers.
Despite having another great season and fielding another solid team in 2010, Philadelphia fans will call for Donovan McNabb to be replaced.
The Pittsburgh Steelers will win the NFC North again followed closely by the Ravens and making the Bengals a non-playoff team again.
Mark Sanchez will make the Pro-Bowl as he leads the Jets to the #2 seed.
Brett Favre will be a distraction in Minnesota whether he plays or not.
The Raiders will still suck. The Browns will upgrade to mediocrity but will suck in spirit.
The 49ers will win the NFC West largely by default as they mature and the Cardinals suck for at least the first half of the season with Matt Leinhart.
Mike Shanahan will only be slightly more successful than Jim Zorn but not still fall short of a winning season. Maybe 7 wins.
The Green Bay Packers will win the Super Bowl.

Pittsburgh never stays down long. They are my arch rival, but they get uber respect from me. The worst stretch for them in my lifetime was the mid 80's - early 90's. Mark Malone, Bubby Brister, not good days for the team.

They didn't win a Super Bowl for 26 years. And it will be almost as long before they go back again.[/quote]
Only ONE team can win the SB, so that can not be the only measuring stick of a good franchise. I
loathe the Steelers, but one argue they are the most successful team in league since winning their first SuperBowl. Since 1972 they have only had
SEVEN LOSING SEASONS (85, 86, 88, 91, 98, 99, 03). In this stretch, they have made the playoffs 20+ times, hosted more conference championships than any NFL team ever, and have more SB titles than any NFL team. Their legacy is cemented.

They were 8-8 in '06
9-7 this year.

I HATE THE STEELERS, but your logic is flawed. 9 and 7. 8 and 8. ARE NOT LOSING SEASONS.
Disappointing? Perhaps. But not losing, as you implied. It's hard to say anything bad about the franchise over in Shittsburgh.
