Yo Juggsy!!

i keep getting conflicting opinions on this and was wondering what your take was....
im a 39 year old (male), 5ft, 7in, weighing 160ish. about 9-10% bodyfat.
my goal is to put on lean muscle while dropping bodyfat...would love to get down to 6-7%.
what should my breakdown of calories - protien - carbs - fat be?

It's hard to give a proper assessment based on text.
Rather than typing it all out, the link below is a decent tutorial.
I normally try to do the following:
10 x my weight in calories.
1.5 G of protein per pound.
40 g of fat per day.
I don't always stick to that because I love my breads, and I have long stopped caring about six pack abs (I used to have to do 5,000 situps per day to have them) and now mainly focus on a flat stomach, so i wouldn't necessarily use my breakdowns.
Also, get a heavy bag and beat the fuck out of it. Time yourself at 15 3 minute rounds. Increase as you see fit.

To be honest, I stopped measuring.
If I was to guess, I'd say between 30-60, depending on the day.
