I just finished for a week from school so i've been trying a new workout (i got bored of just running long distances). Despite recent fat loss, my goal is to lose another half stone in fat by next Tuesday, when i return to school. Sunday is my day off from excercise, but here is what i do each morning before shower/breakfast:

Run 1.6 mile route from my house and back, using interval training. Jog from one lamp post to next, sprint to next, jog, sprint, jog, sprint etc. While only a short route, i take water to keep hydration at its peak, meaning sprints are easier later on in the run.
When i get in, i do as many sit-ups as possible in 60 seconds, and then as many push-ups as possible in 30 seconds. Repeat this, doing 4 of each.

Will this achieve my desired goal? I am monitoring my diet so i have a banana when i get in from my run, then a boiled egg for breakfast after my shower. Light pasta lunch and protein-rich dinner, before keeping away from hevay junk food in the evening. I do enjoy Diet Coke or Pepsi Diet, but i understand that 0g sugar and 0g fat must mean that my weight is generally unaffected.

Unless you're really overweight, you're not going to drop half a stone, or 7Lbs in one week!
