Are any of the major sports Commissioners any good?

There have been some commissioners from the past that seemed to be good at their jobs, but are any of the current sports commissioners any good?
The major 4:
Stern - NBA
Goodell - NFL
Bettman - NHL
Selig - MLB
To me, Goodell seems like the best of the bunch although he does try too much to be a hard ass on discipline.
Bettman is an idiot who is destroying his sport through expansion into non-traditional markets and bad TV contracts.
Stern refuses to admit that he has crooked refs and the playoff scheduling is a joke.
Selig is completely unqualified for his job, is just a puppet for the owners, and makes the wrong decision on everything. I don't think I've ever once agreed with anything he has done. From playoff scheduling to what to do about leveling the playing field for all markets to the way he handled the steroid issue to the way he refused to step in and fix the perfect game last week(and the precedent was there), the guy seems to fuck up everything that comes his way.
You could even add Brian France(NASCAR) to this mix. He certainly isn't anywhere near as good as his father or grandfather at governing his sport.
So are any of these guys good at running their sports are are they all just a bunch of ass clowns?
