in LA USC were at there peak during that time, good times and Im not even a USC fan. Best college player in a long time, every game was an event

It was a bunch of corrupt players and coaches breaking every rule in the book. I'm not surprised you don't care.

Reggie Bush has a Super Bowl ring, but you gotta think this stings. I wish he'd gone down swinging...kidnapped the trophy and led the NCAA on a white bronco chase or something.

I think the whole thing is stupid. Yes I understand that he was ruled ineligible for breaking a long list of rules but he was the best/ most exciting player in 05. Nothing is going to change that and I'm sure if the NCAA looked hard enough, a lot of stand out players are getting hand outs along with $$$. I'm far from a fan of that prick or U$C but that guy was a man amongst boys. My school (Fresno State) played an epic game against Reggie & came up just short. I say against Reggie because if he was erased from that game Fresno upsets the #1 team in the country. Yes I'm still butt hurt about it

The whole thing is retarded. Booster bennies didn't make Bush play any better on Saturdays. At the time I thought Young deserved it more (that's probably the homer in me), but Bush won it and if they were to try and give it to Young now, I'd hope he'd say "Thanks, but no thanks."

College athletics have become a fucking joke the last 20 years. The NCAA should be ashamed of itself. If Bush has to relinquish his award, they need to look into the legitimacy of every winner.
