The football league I play in got huge attention (brawl)

(The Canadian Junior Football League has been around in some capacity since the 40's. For you Americans its like the Canadian equivalent to like Junior college/NCAA Div III (hold the snickers)
It has probably put over a thousand players in the CIS (Canada's NCAA) and a lot of Canadian players who have played in the NJCAA, NAIA, and most importantly NCAA. Every year a small chunk of CFL rookies have CJFL roots, and a couple handful of ex-CJFL players have even made it into the NFL over the years of CJFL.
The media attention is usually local and provincial. Well yesterday my heart beamed with pride when i saw my league all over the three (four including the french RDS station) major sports networks. TSN sportscenter, all sportsnet's channels, and the score.
Not even our championship, the Canadian bowl, gets that much attention
