I hope Merriweather doesn't get fined for that since he was on the other side of the field at the time and it was Chung who tackled Ward and Sanders who slowed up and had contact with Ward's helmet. But no, none of the players involved in that play should receive a fine.

You are right. Pittsburgh are still crying and insisting a fine is issued and that The NFL are just picking on James Harrison.
