Who the hell is Denver getting that is anywhere near the player that Carmelo is? Personally I think he is a punk, but he can still put up big numbers & would welcome him in a heartbeat if he ever became a Laker.
Denver does need to trade him, but this deal is a joke.

Carmelo is too selfish and dumb to be a Laker, and he's not a winner.

The Nets are deep in discussions with the Nuggets and Pistons for a deal that would send Anthony, Chauncey Billups, Richard Hamilton and Anthony Carter to New Jersey; Devin Harris, Derrick Favors, Anthony Morrow, Ben Uzoh and Stephen Graham to Denver; and Troy Murphy and Johan Petro to Detroit.

Yeah, the Buttnuggets are getting ass fucked in that trade.

I agree with you on Melo. He is a loser! Like Vince Carter, Tracy McGrady, Amare Stoudimire, and the list could go on and on.
What is really stupid is Melo has a better group of players in Denver than what he will have in NJ including Rip Hamilton, Chauncey, etc etc.
Hey, but they get to join the "machine" aka Sash V! Whew hew!
How stupid is Denver from being only 2 years removed from making it to the west finals, and now blowing the team up & starting from scratch.
