Comparing a top 10 player all time for players not even in the top 100 of all time would be the dumbest move they couldve ever made.

No matter what you receive in a trade like that will never be worth the player given up. In this case four quarters does not equal a dollar. That said, Kidd is a first ballot hall of famer.

Shawn Marion could score but could not carry a team deep into the playoffs. Kidd would have made a great facilitator for the Lakers, agreed on the HOF comment.
