NBA-Miami Heat, I've always hated Wade and Pat Riley (since he left LA)
MLB-Boston Red Sox, it feels like, wanna be cool? Fuck the Yankees Go

NFL-Pittsburgh Steelers, I hate this team right down to Rooney. The only thing I do like is Mike Tomlin, he is a badass.

I hated the Pack more before I spent 4 days in Green Bay and went to a Monday night game against the Vikes. Amazing.

College Basketball - Georgetown and UCONN, Duke and Kentucky. I will still hate Gtown when Cuse is in the ACC.

NHL - I hate the Rangers so much, words can't do it justice. The Penguins, Flyers and Canucks are not far behind. Laffs too.

Football club level- Liverpool
Football international level - Brazil, France, and now Spain.
Rugby - The All Blacks
NHL - San Jose Sharks, The Leafs

Patriots, as I'm a Dolphins fan. Liverpool in the Premier league, with City and Chelsea close behind. Yorkshire, in county cricket. I don't follow NBA or the NHL so no hate there. I chuckle when the Red Sox lose just because of the people I work with, but I really don't follow MLB.

How the hell do some of you work up the energy to hate so many teams?

Some organizations like the Dallas Cowboys make it easy to dislike them. The only one I can think of personally that really gets under my skin is the University of Notre Dame. Easily the most obnoxious group of supporters across the board in any sport.

Its part of the fun hating teams and certain players.

I almost get as much pleasure seeing teams lose as I do seeing the teams I support win.

I love sports but the two that come to mind is Duke Basketball and the Boston Red Sox.
