That's horrific. The guys on the other team had no idea that people were going to tackle them harder than a motherfucker. What's sickening is I bet there's coaches in the NBA telling their team members to foul people hard and shit like that.

Isn't this bounty thing the same thing as a contract having a performance bonus included in it? I think so because you're paying someone to get more tackles and sacks!!!

No sir. These "bounties" are against the rules established by the NFL. What you have in a contract are incentives to accumulate sacks, interceptions, etc. Nothing in there about tearing someone's ACL or aggrevating a concussion.
