Moment of silence for him before the game tonight. Deserved?

In any sport - it's the son of the long term coach, along term member of the league.

And as for your question about whether its deserved? It's not for him, it's for his old man.

I noticed in his presser after the funeral he didn't even call his son by name. Sounded like a man who knew he'd lost his son a long time ago.
He's like the Liberace of bass & pot.

I think that's why he came home, ate a sandwich, kissed his wife, and went back to work.

Pretty low bar the NFL is setting when a moment of silence is given to this idiot IMO. I realize it's more for his old man but still...

Idiot? is he just an idiot because he was addicted to drugs, or did something else make him an idiot? I don't believe being addicted to drugs, makes one an idiot.

Now thinking drug addicts are idiots just because they are addicted, makes somebody an idiot. but not the other way around.

A drug addict who keeps it to themselves quietly with no crimes committed I'll give a pass. But this clown had been arrested numerous times for pretty egregious shit and put others in harms way. Not to mention he had more resources at his disposal to help with his issues than 99.9% of the populous has. His brother Britt is a POS also. I honestly believe he had a daddy complex, always trying to seek fathers approval while loathing him at the same time. No matter now...

Dude coaches the team. His son just died. Moment of silence is in order.

Only an idiot wouldn't understand that.

LOL, at "he had more resources at his disposal to help with his issues than 99.9% of the populous has."

His addiction didn't give two fucks how much money his pops has.

That's the thing about addiction. It doesn't give a fuck who you are. It's a motherfucker.

A fact that has almost no impact on the issue of drug addiction.

The NFl has nothing to do with drug addiction. You should educate yourself, and quit making lame quotes. Have you never been close to somebody who became addicted to drugs or alcohol?

This isn't about drug addiction, it's about undeserved moments of silence and the fools that buy into them.
