Unprecedented NFL Hall of Fame move

The committee already has put Andrew Luck's name on the ballot for "whenever he retires". They will be waving the waiting period, as well.

How can they justify that, when Luck lags behind RG3 on the all important ESPN Total QBR rating, which as we all know is the sole indicator of QB performance that is of any value?
As well as every important statistical category besides yards, which means little when you throw 60 times a game.
It's all very curious.

INTs are a very important statistical category too. Luck is well in front. The committee has made an appropriate call.
