It's not so much the success they have on the field, there's also the $$$ that goes along with the success. Any guy that makes $5M a year for an extended period of time is going to attract good looking women. Their first wives that they meet while working up through the ranks might not necessarily be anything special, with the lower paychecks and the uncertainty as to where the next job will be. But that 2nd one should be a keeper.
