This Chip Kelly seems like a man who will be able to make decisive moves...

Everything I've read about this guy makes me think the Eagles will be a great team in two or three years. Meanwhile Chicago got a CFL coach!

I believe he took the Pete Carroll route. Rumor is that Oregon is about to be slammed with various NCAA violations.

Of course.
Chip could not wait to get out of town. Why else would he flip flop over the decision. His bags were packed the day before Oregon played the bowl game.
Worst part about the sanctions:
The kids, not the coach, the kids will have to pay the price.
Chip will escape without any penalty. Plain wrong!

Someone should also look into how Phil Knight pretty much runs Oregon's Athletics division. They literally have to run everything by him to get his approval.

The University of Nike. Man, you can't tell ANYONE from Oregon that (unless they are an OSU fan), they will come unglued.

And who has coached in the NFL way longer than kelly, which is zero days or years.

I heard this one tale while I worked there how the student body got the university to drop Russell Athletic Wear from its official merchandise. Phil called in and gave them the ultimatum if they continued with it, he would pull ALL of his, as well as Nike's funding. The university caved in like a house of cards much to the dismay of the student body.

Who was a respected OC in the NFL for years, highly paid QB consultant, and a hell of a head coach in the CFL I may add.
Prediction: of all the coaches hired this off-season, Marc Trestman of the Bears will have the most success and be the one most teams wish they hired.
Check his resume dude.

Your right I know nothing about this guy other than what I read today. I shot my mouth off based on three letters. I hope the guy can take the team to the next level, and win every game except those against the Lions and Seattle.
