I forgot all about the debut of this new sports network just found out my cable does carry it.
Any of you guys gave any of the shows a look?
I'd give anything if Stephen A Smith and Skip Bayless were never to be seen again on tv!!! I know it'll never happen though for some reason ESPN seems to be big on loud debates with annoying people.
For that reason alone I'll give the network a shot I read where Regis has a 1 hour talk show in the afternoon but it goes up against "Pardon The Interuption" which is my favorite sports talk show to look at.
Only if its the orginal hosts though I don't care for some of the stand ins they have esp Dan LeBatard.

Jay Onrait and Dan O'Toole are polarizing-you'll either love or hate their shtick. I enjoyed their work with TSN,but quite a few of my friends found them irritating.

They need to hire some of the Deadspin staff. Both former and current. I could totally watch Leitch yammer on about baseball. And Drew with Football . And why not float an offer to Rich Eisen or Grant Hill? Even Katie Baker would be a good addition if she left Grantland.

I looked on the guide this morning to see what they have on today and this afternoon they're going to have a 30 minute spot with the new Regis sports talk show followed by a 30 minute one on one of Strahan interviewing Brady that ought to be good if nothing else just for the SB talk.

I'm willin to give these guys a fightin chance I've heard that they were quite popular with you Canucks I've never seen them before but for that reason alone I'll check'em out.
I like the idea of having another 24hr all sports channel ESPN shouldn't have a monopoly on that shit.
And some of the stuff to me feels like its being pushed on to the viewer I.E. Tebow Tebow Tebow you know fuck that guy and fuck just about every talk show they have on all their channels.

Not sure of a definite number, but it's got to be very substantial. Keep in mind, Fox not only hired Jay and Dan, but also their Sportscentre producer(Producer Tim) as well.

We got 1 and 2. Haven't really watched either of them yet.
1 is in HD and 2 isn't.

I won't be watching this channel.
I can not stand Fox on Saturday when they air the MLB game of the week.
Buck and McCarver and Rosenthal are a trio of idiots.
Based on that I can't imagine the network would be any better than
ESPN, MLB Network, etc.....

I am so happy to hear that these two stupid fuckers are off TSN. I can now go back to watching Sportcenter again. Thank you Fox, you dopey cunts.
