Top 10 Quarterbacks in the NFL

Post by Scandal2000 »

Some of us were discussing this the other day. Who are the Top 10 quarterbacks in the NFL? I think most of us can agree, that Manning, Brady, and Rodgers are still the class of the league but after that it gets interesting. Is Drew Brees still a Top 5 quarterback? Where does Andrew Luck rank? Once you get past the first three or four, the remainder gets interesting. I would make the argument that Tony Romo, despite all the criticism he gets is probably somewhere in the Top 10.

Currently...

1. Manning
2. Brady
3. Rogers/Luck
5. Rivers

From there...it's a toss up.

But no way can I put Romo anywhere the top ten yet. He's only looking good because they have a run game now. We'll see how the rest of the season plays out for him. I never thought he was as bad as he was made out to be but he's still not great.

Dumbest fucking thing I have read in here a long time.. Look at his numbers in regards to playing WITHOUT a fucking "running game"..

Romo is not in anyway a favorite of mine. But, give credit where credit is due..

Just checked total QBR for the league on NFL.com. Carson Palmer is in the top 10 believe it or not.

How many concussions have you suffered? Get out of the locker room!
Arguing about the top 10 in the league as of today is subjective, but what you wrote is ridiculous.
Ask any of the winning QB's in the history of the league and they will all tell you that having a running games makes the QB's job easier=better play from the QB position.
WOW!!!

I think it's safe to take Rivers off my list.
