Ray Rice wins appeal, cleared to play, will any team pick...

Will any team pick up Ray Rice - this season?
If not, how about next season? Or is he a high risk PR nightmare and not worth the risk? I know some teams could use him.

I think he will end up a Seahawk next year. You gotta think he would be considered by the Lions, but over all I don't think they can afford the negative publicity.

I could see a Seahawk possibility but they've been pumping up their depth chart for a couple years now but you never see them on the field.
After watching Rice last year and with Running Back Stock going down the only way he signs is if he accepts an average offer. Personally I see an abundance of younger guys but there's a dumb GM's out there who would make Rice an offer.
Good going NFL, it's nice to see they really give a fuck about cleaning up the league. Let things cool down then sweep it under the rug. A guy like Rice should be banned for life.

Not sure really. This situation and the issue with Adrian Peterson have been hectic. I had to replace Peterson in fantasy football.

I'm glad I don't have to root for him but if the difference between a Super Bowl and a first-round playoff exit is Ray Rice, I'd be willing to bet lots of people would be willing to forgive and forget.

Running backs are a dime a dozen these days. For most teams, he won't be worth the PR headaches.

agreed, my team desperately needs a good RB, Rice looked past his prime last season and hasn't played in awhile, wouldn't want his ass next year either.

Look, I'm not condoning what he did...but as was just said, he was the first to get caught. I'm glad he did in the sense that it can bring about changes. But c'mon...we all fuck up. I don't understand why pro sports is viewed differently from any other profession.
No other profession are you in jeopardy of losing your job and being banned from the business. You don't see anyone in the corporate world losing their jobs over shit like this.
