I'm not focusing on Trent's marriage. I quit listening and buying Trent's music months ago as soon as he started singling out random fans and going after them on twitter. Then when Trent put fans names out on public display on nin.com so his minions could go after them.

A few years ago Trent had an Art Is Resistance campaign. It turned out to be just another marketing scheme of his.
We thought he believed that Art is resistance. Do you remember that crap? He doesn't believe in it at all- he's a dictator. I saw him block people from twitter because they said they didn't like his live performance. He's a 45 year old baby.

The best thing a person can do to tell people about Trent Reznor's actions so they won't support his music is by word of mouth, tell as many people as you know what he's done. A lot of people are still trying to make sense of Trent Reznor being such an extreme asshole the past few months to his fans and being a puppet of the media. It takes time to elt things go, listen to other people's bands, and forget about the NIN related part of your life.

You don't even know me (and hopefully you never will) so you have no idea how much NIN has affected my life, and how much his music used to mean to me. I'm sure I'm not the only one affected by his actions- the way Trent went after random fans on twitter and singled out fans on nin.com for his fans to go after. There are some people with NIN tattoos, spent thousands of dollars going around the country to his shows, etc. It's not that easy just to pick up some itunes and move on. Like I said, his music used to inspire me every day to keep on living and ignore annoying people like you. It takes time to forget about Trent Reznor and move on. I just really only liked listening to his music.
