There has to been some stories on jrock bands either when they have been to north amercia(which i doubt, very few jrock bands come to north amercia) or there are japanese groupies on here.

Would love to hear some stories. I'm going to a concert later this month (Miyavi) which he's drifted a bit from his rock roots... He still looks good though.

I spent some time w/ Dir en Grey boys, strictly platonic. They did like to drink, but their management kept VERY close tabs on them. I'd be surprised if there were lots of stories floating around...

For some reason I have never found Asian men to be attractive. I can't even name a cute Asian guy right now.

What, no-one's heard of X Japan??? They're playing at Lolla. In the 80's, alongside Dead End
(legendary Japanese band and if you've not heard them then you're seriously missing out),
they are one of the founding fathers of what has since become the 'visual kei' scene. Oh, and as this is suppose to be a 'groupie' board, I'll add that all the members bar one are pretty damn shaggable

Two comprehensive forums dedicated to X (as they are known) is here. They both have their fair share of fankids
and 'wapanese', but fortunately there are enough sane characters to keep both places worth a visit.

I love Japanese rock bands! I've been listening to a lot of jrock lately. My current faves are Buck Tick, Screw, Versailles, the Gazette, Malice Mizer, and Luna Sea.

Despite the lack of response here, I'll hazard another post, because it's just been announced that X Japan will be touring North America!
