Vinnie Paul. I saw him after a several months and all of a sudden, there was more hair when he took off his hat. Hmmm....plugs from what I could tell, never asked him though.

Ron Wood(weave and wigs)
Charlie Watts(transplant)
Steven Tyler(his hair thinned out in the 90s then got thicker, gotta be a weave)
Mike Anthony(plugs, then a weave around '88 and I think a transplant these days)
David Lee Roth(wig, weave, hair transplant)
Paul Stanley
Slash
Alice Cooper(I'm guessing but he has to be)
Charlie Watts
Jimmy Bain(wig)
Joe Lynn Turner(wig)
Richie Blackmore(wig)
Ace Frehley('97-2000)
Richie Rhanno from Starz
Elton John(obviously)
Jeff Beck(no sure but I think wig)
Mick Mars(that guy has been weaving for years)

Yea, I agree. When I interviewed Slash a couple of years back he had his own hair.
All the guys from The Cars wore wigs.

In some pics you can clearly see that he is wearing extensions or something. I don't think it's all fake, just something to make his hair look fuller.

True dat. I saw it sliding around on his head during a show.

I thought Bret wore plugs. Guess I was wrong.

I'm just going by what I've seen of him in recent live shots. He was sporting somekind of weave like thing in a picture I saw. I understand it is the internet however but it seems like most fans agree he's been thinning out for a while.

I think you're all jumping the gun with the wig/rugs accusations.

...When it is hair transplants (not plugs) that are becoming popular.

Dennis Miller was on his radio show talking about having it done by Bosley. So I went to a local office to check it out. There were pictures of celebrities on the walls. I remember seeing the Nelson brothers.

I'll bet a lot of guys have had it done. All it does is move hair from thick areas to thin areas. The cost is similar to what a boob job would cost a girl.

Makes sense to get it done if you're in the entertainment biz. It's not obvious. And it's your own hair.
